Florentine Dusabeyezu is a Junior Software Developer at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies with a background in IT. She works primarily on front-end development and has experience building software systems focused on user interaction and experience sharing.

Isaac Maweu is a community and social development professional with over eight years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship education, livelihood development, and climate action. He holds an undergraduate degree in Natural Resource Management from Egerton University and a Diploma in Project Management from Alison, with CAPM certification pending from Daystar University. In his current role as Wavumbuzi School Liaison at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, he coordinates the implementation of the Wavumbuzi Entrepreneurship Challenge across over 1,400 secondary schools, reaching more than 50,000 learners nationwide.

John Icharia is Program Lead for Eastern Africa at the Jasiri Growth Accelerator under Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies. He holds a Master's degree in Global Strategy & Innovation Management and has completed advanced training in business valuation, financial modeling, and design thinking. Over seven years in the entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem, he has supported more than 100 ventures through Pan-African programs in East and Southern Africa, with experience in program design, partner engagement, and ecosystem development.

Katharina Scholtz is Head of Strategic Projects and Program Design for East Africa at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, where she oversees entrepreneurship development initiatives across Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and South Africa. Her work focuses on designing programs that identify early-stage founders and create scalable pathways for venture development. She specializes in translating strategic objectives into operational systems across East and Southern African markets.

Lilian Wangari serves as Community and Ecosystem Officer for Kenya at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, where she designs learning and development programs for entrepreneurs, staff members, and young people. Her work focuses on program scalability and sustainability advocacy, with an interest in applying technology and policy to environmental awareness initiatives.

Nadine Nkulikiyinka serves as East Africa Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies. She has experience in monitoring and evaluation within the non-profit sector, with technical skills in Stata, statistical modeling, quantitative research, and program evaluation. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on data science from the University of Sunderland.

Noël Shumbusho is the Systems Integration & Data Manager at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, working in business intelligence, data warehousing, data analysis, systems administration, software product management, and CRM. Shumbusho holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Big Data Analytics, both from the Adventist University of Central Africa.

Patrick Nsengumuremyi holds a bachelor's degree with honors in computer science from African Leadership University, graduating in May 2021. He works as a Technical Support Officer at JASIRI and has experience in operations roles within the computer and network security industry. His skills include Microsoft Word and Excel, management, leadership, and social media.

Peace Alliance is a Senior Software Engineer at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies with a bachelor's degree in software engineering from Adventist University of Central Africa. With expertise in both front-end and back-end development using technologies including Angular, Akita, GraphQL, Node.js, and PHP, Peace Alliance has worked on web development and gamification projects. Peace Alliance focuses on developing applications with measurable impact.

Phumlani Nkontwana is Founding Director at the Allan Gray Centre for Africa Entrepreneurship, where he focuses on strengthening high-impact ventures across the continent. Over 16 years, he has worked with development agencies, governments, venture philanthropies, academic institutions, and private sector organizations across multiple African countries and in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Brazil. He is currently documenting his experiences and ongoing ventures to develop knowledge products for practitioners and policymakers in entrepreneurship-led development.

Rafiki Murenzi is a data scientist and business analyst with over nine years of experience in advanced analytics, research, and policy advisory. Currently a Business Analyst at Allan and Gill Gray Philanthropy Rwanda and a PhD researcher at Stellenbosch University, he has led projects in entrepreneurship, education, and macroeconomic statistics, including work with Rwanda's National Institute of Statistics. He holds a master's degree in applied statistics and actuarial science and has expertise in predictive analytics, data engineering, business intelligence tools, and evidence-based policy development.

Ruti Yannick is Head of Systems at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, where she oversees systems reliability, scalability, and performance initiatives. With over 11 years of technology experience, her work includes technology integration, resource planning, and leadership of technical teams. Her competencies span systems architecture, resource planning, and multicultural team leadership.

Sherry Uwase is a marketing and communications manager with ten years of experience in campaign management and brand awareness. She has worked in regional marketing roles managing multi-channel initiatives, content creation, and market analysis across emerging markets. Her expertise includes strategic campaign development, Google Analytics, brand management, and corporate communications, with fluency in English and French.

Steven Nkubito is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Rwanda with approximately nine years of experience in financial management, advisory services, and audit work across professional services and entrepreneurship development sectors. He holds a Master's degree in International Business from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Rwanda's College of Business and Economics. As Financial Manager at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy (East Africa), he manages financial policies, budgeting, statutory audits, and financial reporting with expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards, and previously served as a KPMG Africa accredited trainer in audit methodologies and auditing standards.

Sue Marx is Executive Director at The Longreach Group, an independent private equity firm focused on control buyouts across Japan and Asia, where she leads investments in the industrial, technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors. Prior to Longreach, she spent over eight years at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Healthcare Investment Banking divisions in Tokyo and San Francisco, reaching Vice President and advising on M&A and capital markets transactions. She is a graduate of the University of Tokyo.
