Alexandra Solea directs the MA programs at Rome Business School, serves as International Relations Associate for TRG Arts, and coordinates the Postgraduate Certificate in Music Management at the National University of Music in Bucharest, in addition to chairing doctoral dissertations at Westcliff University and Edgewood University. She founded Soleart Management and Solèart Education, and co-wrote Global Arts Leadership in Digital Age (Cambridge Scholars Publishing). She is a Stiftung Mercator fellow and a jury member for the Claudio Abbado National Music Award.

Jasmin A. Rehmani is Director of Client Relations at Foundever, with more than 14 years of professional experience and over 7 years in leadership roles at technology companies. Her background includes work with organizations such as Jobber, TED, Airbnb, and Expedia across areas including UX research, business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. She has also co-chaired and organized TEDx events and hosted TED Circles, and serves on the HBR Advisory Council.

Marva Abouei is Lead Product Designer at ISM Creative, where she leads end-to-end product design for early-stage startups and innovation-led projects. She works with cross-functional teams to define product vision, design user experiences and interfaces, and shape system behavior. Her background includes game design, and she maintains an interest in emerging technologies such as AI and spatial computing (AR/VR/MR).

Tam Nguyen is Senior Curator of the Asia Pacific Triennial of Performing Arts (Asia TOPA) at Arts Centre Melbourne and Co-Director of Turning World, a cultural agency working across Australia and the Asia Pacific. Over two decades she has worked in the performing arts, film and festivals in the UK, USA and Australia, including MONA FOMA, Doc/Fest, the Australia Week Festival, the Adelaide Festival and the Australian International Documentary Conference. She serves on the boards of WOMADelaide and Chunky Move and was previously a member of the Creative Advisory Panel for Museums Victoria.
