Drew Kaza is a media executive and entrepreneur who currently serves as Managing Partner of quoin media & entertainment and co-owns Sisters Movie House. He previously held senior roles including Executive Vice President for Digital Development at Odeon UCI Cinemas, President at UIP overseeing global pay television distribution for Universal/Paramount/MGM, and CEO of Vulcan European Media, and began his career at Comcast in the US and UK. He was an executive board director at BBC Worldwide and has held board seats at media companies in Sweden, Japan, and Latin America, and holds a BA in Communications from the University of Portland.

Grant Calton has worked as an entrepreneur and investor across the entertainment, media and property sectors. He spent 15 years in Australia, where he founded and ran a music rights and distribution business, and later launched the music TV network The Box in Australasia, operating it until its 1999 sale to MTV. Since returning to Europe he has started several companies in property investment, e-commerce and film distribution in the UK and Spain, and is Co-Founder and Chairman of Koin Rewards and of Quintessential25.com.

Julian Beare has worked in financial services for over 25 years, with a focus on smaller company financing, particularly in Asia. He previously served as head of Asian equities at Kleinwort Benson Securities and worked at Hoare Govett, and earlier was with the P&O Group. At Ironbridge he advises smaller growth companies on connecting with professional investors in the UK and Europe. He holds an MA in History from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Sandy Barblett has more than 20 years of senior management experience, focusing on the mining and resources and clean technology sectors. He spent over a decade at FTSE-listed Pace plc, a pay TV technology developer, with roles in the UK, US and Hong Kong. He serves as a director and adviser to private and publicly listed companies (on AIM and the ASX) on fundraising, public market admission, strategy and management selection. He holds a business degree from Curtin University of Technology and a law degree from the University of Queensland, and previously practiced as a solicitor at Minter Ellison.

Crispin Comonte is Chief of Staff at Ironbridge Capital Partners with over 20 years of experience in family offices focused on investment and property. He previously worked in the strategy and investment division of BBC Worldwide and as an Investment Director at Paul G. Allen's Vulcan European Media Holdings, and began his career as a barrister before moving into corporate finance at the investment banking division of Robert Fleming & Co. He founded film and TV debt investor Richmond Pictures and holds an MA in Law from the University of Oxford.

Dan Thompson is an early-stage investor at Ironbridge Capital Partners and an entrepreneur who founded several media businesses, including Videojug.com (sold to Coller Capital), Renegade Software (sold to Time Warner) and 365 Corporation Plc, which he took public within two years. He has served as a non-executive director and senior adviser to media, technology and leisure companies, and holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.
