From 1997 to 2015 he worked in transaction settlement for equities and fixed income at P&K Securities and National Securities, then supervised the risk management department at Euroxx Securities. He joined Iolcus in 2021, working in support, transaction settlement, and daily portfolio maintenance, and holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Technical Education Institute of Piraeus and an MSc in Financial Markets from London's Guildhall University.

Konstantina Fragkouli works in the back office and internal audit functions at Iolcus Investments and has more than 17 years of experience in the financial sector. She previously worked in P&K Securities' customer care department and National Securities' operational support department. Lila Derizioti has over 23 years of experience in financial services. She is a certified investment advisor from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and holds a bachelor's degree in Statistics and Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus.

Maria Theodoropoulou has about 20 years of experience in banking, focused on private banking. She worked at Eurobank (1998–2005) as a treasury analyst and later in international private banking, at Millennium Bank (2005–2011) as a senior relationship manager, and in the private banking divisions of Bank of Cyprus Greece and Piraeus Bank (2011–2018).
