Investment thesis
InvestorX operates as a private club that opens access to competitive early-stage rounds that would otherwise be closed to individual investors. It sources deals on the ground from leading incubators and accelerators (StartX, Y Combinator, a16z Speedrun, Antler, 500 Global, Techstars), favoring rounds led by a reference lead investor and entering on the same terms. Each deal is screened against a seven-criteria grid covering team, product, traction, market timing, profitability, entry valuation and exit potential. Members invest through single-deal SPVs starting at $2,000, and the club promotes diversification across at least 20-25 deals rather than concentrated positions.
