Investment thesis
Intersaction is a Dutch investment company (participatiemaatschappij) focused on growth rather than cost reduction. It invests when a business owner wants to realize value, pursue a major investment such as a buy-and-build strategy, or address succession and retirement questions. As a private equity fund, it takes a proactive approach — contributing ideas, contacts, and help with financial and strategic structuring — without taking over management. It targets companies with EBITDA of roughly EUR 3 to 10 million and makes equity investments of about EUR 5 to 20 million, backing businesses over the long term.
