InnovaFonds partners with company executives to support the growth of established French SMEs facing development and/or ownership-transition needs. It targets companies with revenues between β¬10M and β¬150M that have experienced management teams, strong growth potential in France and abroad, proven industrial, technological or commercial expertise, and leading positions in their markets. Investing pragmatically as either a minority or majority shareholder, the firm provides equity and quasi-equity between β¬3M and β¬25M per operation, with firm underwriting capacity up to β¬35M. It aims to create long-term value by contributing its expertise, advice and networks.
