Christopher Lee is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Infinity Capital Partners, with work spanning industries including manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, environmental services, and franchise businesses. He was previously a Partner at Giant Capital advising small and middle-market companies on growth equity financing and capital restructuring, and earlier held corporate finance, product development, and M&A roles at OGE Energy Corp, including work on the Enable Midstream transaction. He holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.

Brad Wallace is Chief Investment Officer of Infinity Private Wealth, which he co-founded, where he oversees investment strategy, the advisory platform, and client relationships. He previously served as CIO of a $700M+ wealth management division of a nationally chartered bank and held senior roles at JPMorgan Private Bank, MidFirst Private Wealth, and Morgan Stanley. He holds the CFA charter and CIPM designation and completed Columbia Business School's Chief Investment Officer program.

Ashton Conner joined Infinity Capital Partners in 2025 with a background in financial statement analysis and assurance services. He previously worked at Forvis Mazars as a Senior Audit Associate, serving financial institutions, broker-dealer clients, and employee benefit plans. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Carson Confer joined Infinity Capital in 2022 as an intern and now works full-time as an Analyst, supporting transaction execution for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services. He earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University after transferring from Johns Hopkins University, where he studied for two years.

Carson Mauldin joined Infinity Capital Partners in 2024 as a summer intern and now works full-time as an Analyst, supporting mergers and acquisitions, capital placement, and other financial projects. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in December 2025 with a B.B.A. in Real Estate and a minor in Civil Engineering & Construction Management.

Dexter Flick joined Infinity Capital Partners in 2023, where he supports transaction execution on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services. He previously worked as a Senior Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young in Tulsa, leading financial statement audits for public companies in the oil field services and logistics industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in accounting with a data analytics emphasis from Oklahoma State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Garrett McGregor joined Infinity Capital Partners as an Analyst in 2026, focusing on financial statement analysis and assurance. He previously worked at Deloitte as a Senior Audit Associate, leading audit engagements for private clients in the construction, power and utilities, and disaster recovery industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Hunter Meister is the Business Development Manager at Infinity Capital Partners, joining in September 2024, where he works on growth and strategic partnerships. He previously spent five years as a Client Manager in Business Intelligence at a consultancy, and worked as a consultant on entrepreneurial initiatives at the University of Oklahoma. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business.

Jackson Stallings joined Infinity Capital Partners in 2025 as a Business Development Manager and Investment Banking Associate, where he focuses on strategic partnerships and supports transaction execution for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory work. Before this, he served as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Navy, including as Staff Judge Advocate for Naval Air Station Key West and as a defense attorney in Washington, D.C. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.

Jacob Willis is a Director at Infinity Capital, which he joined in 2019, where he oversees project execution for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and related financial activities. He previously served as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Equity Bancshares and worked as an Associate at Koch Industries handling M&A due diligence and project management. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Kansas State University and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Missouri, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Jake Wayman joined Infinity Capital in 2024 to lead business development in the Wichita region. He has held business development roles across industries including employee benefits, health insurance, healthcare, construction, and economic development, and co-founded local initiatives such as 1 Million Cups Wichita, Startup Grind Wichita, and the e2e Accelerator (now Nxtus). He holds a bachelor's degree from Wichita State University, a master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center, and an MBA from Newman University.

Jonathan Hampton joined Infinity Capital in 2021 as Director, where he handles execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital placement, and related financial activities. He previously worked at BKD LLP as a Senior Audit Associate, leading audit engagements for SEC and private clients in the financial and commercial sectors. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jordan Atterberry joined Infinity Capital Partners in 2025 as an Associate, supporting transaction execution on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory work. Before Infinity, he spent over a decade at Eide Bailly LLP, reaching Senior Manager in the Assurance practice, where he advised middle-market companies in manufacturing, distribution, and professional services and led efforts to integrate data-analytics tools into audit workflows. He is a CPA, holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting, and served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from 2008 to 2014.

Meredith Calloway is the Office Manager at Infinity Capital Partners. She previously served as an office manager at Stronghold Resource Partners, providing support to senior officials, and earlier worked as an assistant office manager at a pediatrician's office in Oklahoma City.

Todd Pefferman is a Tax and Estate Planning Advisor at Infinity Capital Partners with over 26 years of public accounting experience at FORVIS MAZARS, LLP (formerly BKD, LLP), where he led the Oklahoma City tax practice before retiring in May 2025. He provided income tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs, and worked within the firm's Construction & Real Estate, Financial Services, and Manufacturing and Distribution groups. He holds a B.S. in accounting with a minor in computer science from Missouri Southern State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and OSCPA.
