Investment thesis

IDF partners with leading industrial companies and institutional funding partners to deploy strategic capital into critical infrastructure supporting the global energy transition and industrial modernization. It offers four financing approaches: long-duration asset ownership and strategic capital, construction and expansion capital for greenfield and brownfield projects, end-customer sales finance, and product development funding. Leveraging deep relationships across the industrial value chain and a broad base of institutional partners, the firm structures and scales complex transactions ranging from $50 million to over $2 billion. Its focus sectors include energy (fuel cells, gas, wind, solar, storage), digital infrastructure (high-performance compute and data centers), and transportation and heavy industrials (aircraft engines, airframes, locomotives).
