Joined HMSA in 2017 as South African representative and account executive after 25 years in corporate treasury roles. Has served as a trustee of various pension funds and administered a family office and family trust.

HMSA's Hong Kong representative and resident director since inception. A Cambridge graduate and chartered accountant based in Hong Kong since 1983.

Independent advisor to wealthy families on risk management, succession planning and governance. Spent over 30 years in international and private banking, including 25 years at JP Morgan.

Experienced in administration of companies and trusts, client onboarding and office management. Educated in France and pursuing Swiss accounting and STEP courses.

Compliance and risk officer for HMSA since 2022, with a background in anti-money laundering and compliance leadership at Swiss banks. Founded Swiss Compliance Services in 2018 and holds a Masters in Law from the University of Geneva.

Advisory board member since HMSA's inception and CEO of Plexus Holdings. Holds several non-executive board positions in South Africa and is an honorary professor at the University of Stellenbosch Business School.

Qualified lawyer and STEP-certified estate and trust specialist with over 15 years' professional services experience. Based in the BVI and holds various board positions across multiple industries.

HMSA's New Zealand representative and resident director since inception. A chartered accountant and lawyer with extensive trust and taxation experience and a member of STEP and CAANZ.

Compliance and risk officer for HMSA UK since 2022, with over 20 years in financial services. Formerly Chief Administration Officer of Global Markets UK and COO of BNP Paribas UK.

Joined HMSA in June 2025 to handle internal systems and processes, UK compliance and client onboarding. Previously worked in private banking, hedge fund rating and property.
