Investment thesis
HF Private Debt provides private debt financing to mid-market companies in the DACH region, with a focus on smaller businesses needing between EUR 4 and 15 million. It targets companies with a multi-year track record in the context of growth financing, succession solutions, and buy-outs led by private equity investors, concentrating on firms with EBITDA of at least EUR 2 million and no specific sector focus. Capital is currently being invested from the HF Private Debt Fonds II SCSp.
