Christian Mayor is a Vice President for M&A at Growth Capital, focusing on technology transactions, with prior experience in private equity. A French citizen, he has lived, worked, and studied in multiple countries and is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

Erwin Feldhaus is Managing Director at Abeja Productions, working with leaders and teams across the public, private, and non-profit sectors in industries including automotive, aerospace, IT, biotech, and chemicals. His work focuses on startup governance, advising early-stage companies on building organizational structures, decision-making processes, and governance frameworks. Francesco de Stefano di Ogliastro is an Analyst at Growth Capital, a tech investment bank focused on the venture capital ecosystem. He previously worked as a Banking Supervision Trainee at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt. He holds an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University and a BSc from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and completed an exchange program at UCLA.

Frans Tieleman is a Partner at Leto Partners, a private investment firm where he focuses on investments aimed at decarbonizing the economy. He is a past Chair of the board of Invest Europe and chairs the supervisory board of Humens, a soda ash specialist. Over a career of more than 20 years in private investments, he has led approximately $3 billion in add-on, growth, and buyout deals involving companies such as Moncler, Terreal, Rexel, Asmodée, and Neovia, and as a Managing Partner at Eurazeo he initiated the firm's transition from a listed holding company into an asset manager with over €30 billion in assets.

Marco Meoni is Vice President at Growth Capital, working in venture capital. As a business angel, he has invested in three Italian startups: WashOut (acquired by Telepass), Barberino's, and HiNelson. He has been recognized on a Forbes Under 30 list.
