Bill Bliss is a Venture Partner at Greatscale Ventures with experience spanning founding roles at Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, where he most recently served as Platform Architect for the Teams developer platform. His career includes leadership positions at major technology and internet companies, including VP and GM of Search and Recommendations at MySpace, VP of Emerging Technologies at Gomez Inc., and senior roles at Expedia managing product strategy and business analytics. He spent over 16 years at Microsoft in various senior technology and management positions, including general manager of MSN Search, which launched in 1998 and grew to over 100 million daily queries by 2002.

George Burnett III serves as Chief Technology Officer at VMS. With over 25 years of experience, he has founded and scaled companies across cleantech, fintech, hospitality, and managed IT sectors, with expertise in network and server architecture, multiple programming languages, and product design. He currently advises startups and Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation initiatives.

Jeffrey Klenner is a technology executive with 28 years of experience scaling high-growth organizations, particularly in infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity. He serves as a board member at Equus Compute Solutions, ReachifyAI, and Bench Talent Cloud, and partners with founders at Greatscale Ventures on go-to-market strategy and execution. Previously, he led EVOTEK as President, expanding the company 25x to over $500M in revenue during six years, and held leadership roles at BMC Software, Symantec, Veritas, EMC, and Sun Microsystems, with international experience across more than 20 countries.
