Jenny Kashdan is Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Investments at Grain, focused on developing investment theses and driving growth and value creation across the firm's U.S. telecom portfolio. She previously served as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking division, working across Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Corporate Treasury.

Mark Fortin is a Managing Director at Grain Management, LLC, and a member of the board of directors at Summit Broadband. He has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and cable TV industry, having led organizations of over 350 employees across functions including financial planning and analysis, accounting, regulatory, accounts receivable/payable, facilities, supply chain, and security. Steve Smith is a Managing Director at Grain Management, LLC, working in finance and operations across finance, strategy, technology, and operations. His prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of a $27B enterprise business unit, holding an International CFO role, and leading FP&A for Verizon and its largest unit, Verizon Wireless. He has also served as President of an operating region with approximately $1B in revenue and held leadership roles spanning over $100B in M&A activity.

Ted Manvitz leads Grain's international investment efforts, focused on expanding the firm's global footprint outside the U.S. He previously held senior leadership roles including COO, CFO, and CSO at digital infrastructure operator IHS Holding, and earlier worked at J.P. Morgan and practiced law at Bryan Cave LLP.

Bill Montgomery is a Private Equity Associate at Grain Management, LLC, focusing on the telecommunications sector. He previously served as a U.S. Army officer and U.S. diplomat over nearly a decade, working on political, security, and economic policy issues, including telecommunications and emerging technologies. He holds an MBA from Cornell's Johnson School.

Mike Segal founded LS Power in 1990 and serves as its Chairman, bringing more than four decades of experience in the power industry. Prior to founding the firm, he was Co-Head of Commercial Union Energy Corporation, President of The Energy Systems Company, and held positions including General Manager of Power Generation and Systems Planning at LEMCO Engineers, Inc. in St. Louis, and earlier worked for the Department of Energy in the former Soviet Union. Segal holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kharkov Polytech Institute in Ukraine and immigrated to the United States in 1978.

Paul Segal has served as Chief Executive Officer of LS Power, an independent power and transmission developer, since 2011, and is a member of the firm's Management Committee. Before becoming CEO, he oversaw the company's asset management and renewables development activities, and in 2002 he founded Luminus Management, a hedge fund focused on publicly-traded power, energy, and utility companies, where he was President and Portfolio Manager until 2011. Segal began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking group at Smith Barney and holds a B.S. in Bio-Chemical Engineering from the Rutgers College of Engineering.
