Investment thesis
Torque Labs is Geotab's corporate accelerator focused on technologies that can leverage the Geotab platform and Marketplace. Its four-to-six-month program supports companies at all stages, from pre-startup to growth, and provides upfront funding, mentorship from Geotab experts, workshops (PoC and MVP development), access to Geotab data sets and networks, and commercialization paths such as licensing to industry partners. Target focus areas include data science and machine learning, fleet management, computer vision, electric and autonomous vehicles, smart cities, asset tracking, and IoT/hardware. The program aims to advance telematics and transform cities and transportation systems using connected-vehicle data.
