He has managed SaaS products and features in artificial intelligence and blockchain, leading cross-functional international teams and scaling products to millions of users, with prior experience as a software developer across multiple languages and frameworks. Moraes holds additional credentials in design sprint methodology and design thinking, has conducted Google Design Sprints across Brazil, and has been recognized as one of the world's most active TEDx organizers.
