Rishi Khan is a Product Lead at FutureSight with over a decade of experience in market research, solution validation, and project management. He has co-founded ventures including Caterbots and OuterAI, and contributed to work with WindAid Institute and CivicTechTO. Previously at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Khan developed web infrastructure, data visualization tools, and ETL pipelines to support research operations.

Taciano Moraes is a Product Lead at FutureSight Ventures with a Master's degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University–Silicon Valley, supported by a Fulbright Scholarship. He has managed SaaS products and features in artificial intelligence and blockchain, leading cross-functional international teams and scaling products to millions of users, with prior experience as a software developer across multiple languages and frameworks. Moraes holds additional credentials in design sprint methodology and design thinking, has conducted Google Design Sprints across Brazil, and has been recognized as one of the world's most active TEDx organizers.
