He previously served as VP at Avast and was CEO and co-founder of Inmite, a mobile development company working in banking, telecommunications, automotive, and digital security.

Pierre Decré is a Partner at Parquest Capital, where he has worked since 2002. Before joining the firm, he held private equity roles at SG European Private Equity (1998-2002) and Financière Saint Dominique (1989-1998), and earlier worked at Caisse Française de Développement (1987-1988). He is a graduate of HEC.

Mike Dolce is a Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Madison Dearborn Partners, overseeing the firm's equity and debt capital markets activities for new investments and existing portfolio companies. He joined MDP in 2018, having previously been a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch within Leveraged Finance Capital Markets. He holds a B.S. from Babson College.

Nigel Burbidge is a Senior Functional Analyst at Ayesa Digital, working on a project for the Basque Government. Their experience includes multidisciplinary project management, process analysis, and functional modeling, with more than seven years in senior consulting for management and organization within the health insurance and technology sectors. Earlier work spans the logistics sector, covering process reengineering and quality management, alongside marketing activities in a numismatics business.

Paul Mok is Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Synchrony, where he leads the Internal Audit function and oversees audit practices covering risk, compliance, finance, operations, and technology. He has more than 20 years of experience across audit, accounting, and marketing, and has previously held senior positions at Synchrony including Deputy Chief Audit Executive, Head of Audit for Professional Practices, and SVP of Marketing Engagement and Excellence. Mok serves as executive sponsor of Synchrony's Women's Network+.
