Its goals include facilitating business development services so ventures become innovative and value-adding for Bolivian society, and strengthening issuers and strategic allies capable of promoting and developing ventures within the new ICT ecosystem. Over three decades it has adapted its work to the country's changing circumstances, operating with both short- and long-term vision and developing positive synergies with public, private, and international cooperation partners.
