FUMEC is a non-profit dedicated to boosting Mexico-United States binational competitiveness through science and technology. It designs and facilitates high-impact programs to develop value ecosystems across regions and sectors of mutual interest, working with companies, entrepreneurs, academic institutions, and financial and governmental entities. Its work spans business acceleration and consulting (TechBA), entrepreneur training via methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup, economic and social development programs based on innovation, channeling U.S. government funds to the Mexican health system, intellectual property and competitive-intelligence services, and student training programs.
