Investment thesis
Folsom Capital invests in what it calls the securitized economy, backing American technology companies that nation states depend on. Its underwriting centers on identifying what a state has decided it cannot afford to depend on. The firm deploys capital while structuring global offtake and sovereign relationships, bringing Gulf and international capital to important U.S. technology companies and connecting those companies to sovereign relationships in key markets. It focuses on compute (datacenter and AI infrastructure), robotics and advanced manufacturing, the semiconductor supply chain, and power (mining, energy and the grid), framing global trade as government-guaranteed corridors it works from both ends.
