Fabio Espindula is the CEO and founder of FEBA, a venture capital firm based in Brazil. After moving to the U.S. in 2006, he worked as Director of User Experience and Director of Product at several startups. He started his first business at age 18 and has founded several companies and invested in others.

Artem Filikov has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and business development, with a focus on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. At the firm he leads marketing, user acquisition, and corporate development efforts, including forging partnerships and building marketing strategies. His background includes work on marketing technology and growth strategies across multiple companies.

Eduardo Leitao is a Partner at FEBACAPITAL, where he works as an investor and counselor. His background in technology dates to the 1990s, beginning his career as a software developer. He moved to the United States in 2010 and was involved in founding FEBA alongside Fabio and Bill.

Jesse Mota is a partner at FEBACAPITAL with a consulting role focused on the Infrastructure Engineering area. He works with the firm's portfolio companies on strategy and problem-solving, and develops and maintains internal tools, including a credit and risk analysis engine and the firm's customer acquisition mechanism.

Leads Nym's research team on security, distributed systems and anonymous communication, including onion routing and mix networks. Holds a PhD in Computer Science from University College London.

Katharina Beitz is Head of Investor Relations at Vireo Ventures, where she leads LP relations, fundraising, and the fund's positioning within the European energy tech ecosystem. She was previously the first communications hire at AENU, a €170M Article 9 climate tech fund, where she built its communications function across 40+ portfolio companies, and she has spent over a decade working across venture capital, media, and the energy transition, including as a former researcher at the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society. She holds an MSc in Economics from ESCP Business School and a BA in Philosophy from Freie Universität Berlin.

Claiton Pacheco is the New Businesses Director at FEBACAPITAL, a venture capital firm that invests in technology and scalable businesses. An economist with an MBA in Marketing, he has more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and serial founder, with a background ranging from family retail to venture capital. He also works in the area of associativism as an approach to personal and business development.

Gustavo Conci is Lead Front-end Developer at FEBACAPITAL, with over 20 years of experience in web development and more than 10 years focused on front-end engineering. He works with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, and his experience covers front-end architecture, multi-site and white-label platforms, performance optimization, technical SEO, responsive interfaces, and integration with APIs and content management systems. In his current role, he supports the technical direction of the front-end team, conducts code reviews, and collaborates with design, back-end and infrastructure teams.

Jefferson Cechinel is a senior software engineer with experience in software development and network infrastructure security, currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer at FEBACAPITAL, where his responsibilities include backend development, mentoring junior developers, and building internal tools and products. His technical background spans automation scripting to distributed multi-tenant SaaS applications, with familiarity in technologies including PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP. Outside of his professional work, he is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and an electronic music producer.

Renato Santana leads technology and development at FEBACAPITAL, where he recruits, trains, and manages project managers and developers. He has nearly 30 years of experience in data engineering and software development, having started building software for small companies as a teenager in the early 1990s. He joined FEBA in 2017 to work on its PPC marketing systems and customer acquisition efforts, and after a brief hiatus returned as department chief.

A founding executive of Amber who has led the firm's origination strategy since its 2009 inception. Over 25 years he has developed and managed infrastructure projects across energy, accommodation, transport, digital and utilities, and sits on Amber's Executive and Investment Committees.

Lou Arzur has worked across startups, venture capital, and legal roles. She started at JP Morgan in legal and risk, focusing on regulatory frameworks and compliance in investment banking, then served as Chief of Staff at two early-stage startups, supporting founders on fundraising, go-to-market, and product development. Her venture experience includes a Silicon Valley B2B SaaS fund and a watertech-focused VC in Amsterdam, and she holds an MBA from IESE in Barcelona.
