Michael A. Siska has over 30 years of experience in wealth advisory, asset protection, and succession planning for institutional and high-net-worth clients across North America, Europe, and Latin America. He serves as Lead Partner at Lincoln Financial Group and Senior Vice President at RDK Advisors, working with families and international companies, and has previously held wealth management and investment banking roles in Miami and Boston. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint Louis University and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.

Rafael Alberca has over 20 years of experience in wealth management, advising family groups and family offices in Spain and Latin America. He previously served as Managing Director at a multi-family office, CIO at Kefren Capital Family Office, and Investment Analyst at Family Office Solutions. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Markets from IEB, is a Family Business Advisor certified by the Family Firm Institute, and is a CFA charterholder.

Ainhoa Barco has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. She previously worked as a lawyer specializing in investment banking and financial markets, and served as Global Head of New Products & Services at Grupo Santander. She holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master's in Business from ESCP Business School.

Alejandro Ferrero has a background in investment management and financial markets, gained at institutions including Grupo Colpatria and Citi. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes and a Master's from NEOMA Business School.

Anahí Vázquez earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Public Accounting from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte and a Master's degree in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from IEB in Madrid, where she also completed a specialization in M&A and Private Equity. She previously worked as a Business Valuation Analyst at Arccanto and as a Market Surveillance Specialist at Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA).

Carlos García holds a degree in Modern Languages, Culture and Communication from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from UCJC. Prior to joining Family Enterprise Partners, he worked at international financial companies including Alantra and Grupo Santander.

David López holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's Degree in Financial Markets from IEB, with additional studies at LSE and Bayes Business School. He previously worked at Orienta Wealth and Grupo LEVER.

Deborah Osobampo holds a Law degree from the Universidad Latinoamericana, with additional training in Compliance and Immigration Law. She works in corporate and civil legal advisory, concentrating on regulatory compliance and legal management for businesses.

Imelda Huerta holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from Carlos III University of Madrid. She has worked in financial transformation and control across international consulting and multinational companies, including Accenture, Arthur Andersen, and Televisa.

Javier Encabo earned a degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from CEU San Pablo. He also completed a Master's in Stock Market and Financial Markets at IEB, graduating with honors.

Kevin Santoveña works in business intelligence and data analytics, with experience in reporting and process automation. He develops management dashboards and KPIs to support operational management and decision-making.

Mercedes Vásquez is an Industrial Administrative Engineer. She holds a Master's in Marketing Management and Commercial Management, with a minor in E-Commerce and Revenue Management.

Pablo Estupiñán earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and is a CFA Level II candidate. He developed his career at Indosuez Wealth Management (Crédit Agricole), working in multi-asset portfolio management, investment analysis, and private equity.

Paulina Villanueva holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Buckingham and is pursuing a Master's in Stock Market and Financial Markets at IEB. She has professional experience at Masttro.
