Ben Dapkiewicz is General Manager of Custody at FalconX, where he leads custody operations. His background includes building and scaling engineering teams across cryptocurrency, blockchain, and web3 sectors, with experience launching custodial and staking solutions for emerging blockchain networks. He has held leadership roles overseeing business lines, revenue growth, and P&L performance.

Ben Grigus is VP and Global Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Investments at FalconX. He has over 15 years of experience in digital assets, equity finance, and derivative products, working as an electronic market maker, liquidity provider, and asset custodian. His background includes technology development, risk management, and strategic planning across digital assets, index products, and ETFs.

Brian Crist is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Figure Technology Solutions, Inc., a blockchain-native capital marketplace. He brings over 25 years of experience in legal, compliance, and regulatory roles across fintech, payments, and technology companies, including positions at FalconX, eBay, Uber, and Citigroup, where he built and led legal and compliance functions across multiple stages of company development and geographic markets. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Carleton College.

Ivan Galli is Vice President of Corporate Strategy at FalconX, where he leads strategy and corporate development initiatives. He previously spent nine years at McKinsey as an Associate Partner and has ten years of experience as a CEO-direct executive scaling cryptocurrency companies through periods of significant growth and market volatility. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, has a background in computer engineering, and has built corporate development, finance, and operations functions.

Ravi Doshi is Global Co-Head of Markets at FalconX. He brings experience in derivatives trading across commodities, FX, fixed income, and cryptocurrency, with particular expertise in options portfolio and risk management. His background includes both electronic and OTC trading execution, and he currently focuses on cryptocurrency liquidity across spot and derivatives markets.

Bayou serves on the board of the 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair, advises family offices and sovereign wealth funds, and holds degrees from King's College London and Université Paris-Sorbonne.

Sujay Jaladi is Chief Security Officer at FalconX with over two decades of cybersecurity experience across finance, fintech, and blockchain sectors. He previously held security leadership roles at Ripple, PayPal, and Earnin, where he developed security frameworks protecting assets and supporting customer bases scaling to millions of users. His expertise spans strategic risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and blockchain security.

Suzy Walther is a board director at FalconX Limited who previously served as Chief People Officer there. She spent two decades at Bloomberg L.P. in product and business leadership roles before transitioning to human resources, and subsequently held a role at Carta where she developed people strategies including equity programs. Her experience spans organizational scaling, talent strategy, and leadership development in financial services and high-growth environments.

Vanessa Zhang is Chief Compliance Officer at FalconX, where she leads global regulatory and FCC compliance efforts. Her background includes compliance roles at Facebook and Ripple, with expertise in anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance for banking, fintech, and blockchain payment services. She has experience designing compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies across fast-paced environments.
