William Tincup is co-founder of WRKdefined, a podcast network covering work-related topics, where he serves as Editor, Analyst, Advisor, and Host. He has worked in HR and talent acquisition for over 20 years, is a venture partner at Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners and Future Wrk Ventures, and sits on the advisory boards of more than 25 HR and TA technology companies, advising on areas including market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and M&A. He holds a BA in Art History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, an MA in American Indian Studies from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, along with SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
