His experience spans real estate, private equity and alternative investment structures, and he manages Luxembourg investment structures while serving as a Director on property and holding companies. He holds the CAIA Level I designation.

She previously held fund management roles at Generali Real Estate, Nuveen and CBRE Investment Management, and began her career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Julia Ashford is Head of Performance Analytics at Europa. She qualified as an accountant in 2005 and moved into real estate fund accounting and performance analytics at Rockspring Property Investment Management, with expertise in performance metrics and KPIs across assets, portfolios, and funds. She chairs the Performance Measurement Committee of INREV, an organization she has been involved with since 2018 through committee work and training.

Mantas Storpirstis is a Director at Europa, working in real estate private equity. He holds a financial and economics background and is pursuing an MSc in Management, having studied at Cass Business School. Prior to his corporate career, he played professional basketball in Lithuania.

Pete Harries is Director of Fund Control at Europa and an FCCA-qualified finance and private-markets professional with more than 15 years of experience across European real estate, investment management and operational businesses. His work spans fund control, valuations, financial and investor reporting, governance, tax, structuring, treasury, transactions, audit and risk management, and involves coordination with fund administrators and service providers such as Saltgate, ATOZ, Apex, JTC and Alter Domus, along with AIFMs, depositaries, auditors, tax advisers and lenders. His experience covers core, value-add and opportunistic real estate, residential, social infrastructure, credit, investment platforms and operating businesses across the UK and continental Europe.
