Investment thesis

Peter Polydor is the Founder and President of Ergo Holdings, a privately held group of companies in the finance and real estate sectors, where he leads the commercial real estate development firm Ergo Properties and the investment arm Ergo Capital. He built and sold his first company in the early 2000s and has since developed the Eureka Building, an innovation campus in California, and founded Accelerate Greece, a not-for-profit accelerator; he also serves as a Professor of Practice in Business at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
