Ian McCulley is a Principal in Project Finance at Enhanced Capital, where he focuses on the firm's real estate and sustainable infrastructure activities. A CFA Charterholder, he previously worked as a hedge fund analyst and a financial journalist.

Max Edelman is Director of Asset Management at Enhanced Capital, a national firm focused on real estate investment. He began his career as an auditor in public accounting, serving banking and financial services clients, and earned his CPA during that period. He subsequently worked for a New Orleans-area real estate developer specializing in hotels and other properties, where he managed the accounting, human resources, tax, and treasury functions for five self-managed hotels and served as owner's representative on other real estate investments.

Bill Rodriguez is a physician and entrepreneur focused on global health, and serves as a Managing Director at the Foundation, where he sources new investments with an emphasis on the international portfolio and works with portfolio organizations as an operating partner and board member. He previously launched research programs at Harvard Medical School, served as Chief Medical Officer of the William J. Clinton Foundation, founded and led Daktari Diagnostics, and held CMO and CEO roles at the Foundation for Innovative Diagnostics (FIND) in Geneva. He is a graduate of Brown University and Yale University School of Medicine and trained in infectious disease medicine at Brigham & Women's Hospital.

Jenny Christiansen leads operations and marketing at Entrada Ventures, overseeing event planning and investor relations. Before Entrada, she held operations and marketing roles across various industries, including Valley Oil Company, and served as Executive Director of the Siebel Foundation, where she directed capital toward energy and stem cell research initiatives and built partnerships with universities. She graduated with honors from Princeton University.

Anna Maister is Managing Partner and CEO of ALAMidas Capital Partners Inc., an independent sponsor that acquires middle-market businesses with $5M–$50M EBITDA in sectors including health, wellness, longevity, business services, and infrastructure, financing each transaction with institutional investors on a deal-by-deal basis. Her earlier career spans corporate finance and operations, including roles as Treasurer at MacDonald Dettwiler, CAO and Treasurer at Sutton Resources, CFO at Mundoro Mining, and a decade as a finance executive at a Brookfield portfolio company where she directed a $370M mining infrastructure project. She also spent eight years as President of Kerrisdale Nutraceuticals and has over 20 years of angel and venture capital experience across the health, resources, and emerging industry sectors.

David Huston is Director of Asset Management at Enhanced Capital, a national asset management firm focused on real estate investing. He began his career as an auditor of banking and financial services clients, earning his CPA, before working for a New Orleans–area real estate developer specializing in hotels, where he managed the accounting, human resources, tax, and treasury functions for five self-managed hotels and served as the owner's representative on other real estate investments.

Ashley Plaga is a member of the Communications team at The Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, where she leads data-driven storytelling, oversees the Foundation's annual publications, manages data collection initiatives, and runs the organization's website. She also helps organize the Annual Retreat and manages the internship program. Before joining DRK in 2015, she was Communications Manager at the Seattle Foundation, supporting the SkillUp Washington workforce initiative, and holds an MPA and a BA in Communications.

Co-founder and executive president of the Opes-Lcef Foundation and managing partner of OPES Italia Sicaf EuVECA. Former CEO of Italian NGO Acra and previously worked over a decade in emerging-markets investment banking (HSBC, Dresdner, Nikko).

Howie is an entrepreneur-turned-investor who previously founded and sold a music management/licensing company (Lo-Fi Music) and was on the founding team of Y Combinator-backed biotech startup Immunity Project. He mentors at 500 Startups and has done business development for tech agency Sparkart.
