DVx Venture Partners

Jon McNeill is the CEO and Co-Founder of DVx Ventures, where he and his team have launched 12 companies, including a publicly-traded AI infrastructure ETF. He previously served as President at Tesla and as COO at Lyft, and earlier founded and scaled six companies that were acquired by public companies. He began his career at Bain & Company after graduating from Northwestern University and is the author of a book on scaling companies.

Karim Bousta is Co-founder and Partner at DVx Ventures, with a career as an operator across Europe and North America. He previously led the turnaround of GE's homeland protection business, drove growth at Symantec (including its $8B storage division divestiture), built Tesla's worldwide customer and service operations, and later scaled Lyft's rideshare and new mobility businesses. Before DVx, he served as an Operating Partner at SoftBank's Vision Fund, working as CEO and board member for portfolio companies in mobility and autonomous vehicles.
