Andrew joined Direct Capital in 2010 and leads investment structuring, financial reporting, tax, compliance and investor relations. He is a past chair of New Zealand Private Capital.

Chris joined Direct Capital in 2013, sourcing, evaluating and executing investments and supporting portfolio companies. He is a director of AS Colour and Active Refrigeration and a Council Member of NZ Private Capital.

Heath Kerr joined Direct Capital in 2013 and has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and private equity across New Zealand and Australia. Before Direct Capital, he was a partner at Greenstone Partners in Sydney and also worked at Credit Suisse / First NZ Capital and PwC in New Zealand. He currently holds directorships at Beca Group, Mondiale VGL Group, and Hiway Group.

Hugh joined Direct Capital in 2019 to source and execute investments, having been a Partner at Cameron Partners with 25 years in NZ financial markets. He holds an MBA from Cambridge and sits on several portfolio boards.

Jonathan joined Direct Capital in 2017 to source, evaluate and execute investments, after six years at Global Infrastructure Partners in London. He holds several portfolio directorships.

Emma joined Direct Capital in 2023 after over ten years in M&A at KPMG and Highstead Partners in the UK, and supports investments and portfolio companies. She is a director of Wet & Forget and Jerrara Environmental.

Chris Hickey has been with Direct Capital since 2017, where he works on assessing investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting investee companies. Before joining the firm, he was a Manager in Corporate Finance at Deloitte. He holds BCom, CA, CFA, and LLB qualifications.

Freddy joined Direct Capital in 2017 after over three years in Corporate Finance and Treasury advisory at PwC, and supports investments, transactions and portfolio companies. He is a board observer at TR Group and Fusion.

Madeline joined Direct Capital in 2019, supporting deal evaluation, execution and portfolio companies, after working at Goldman Sachs, PwC and Deloitte. She is a director of Caci Group.

Alida Raubenheimer-Coetzer joined Direct Capital in 2022 as Business Support Manager. She provides administrative support to the team and is often the first point of contact for those reaching the firm's office.

Bernadetha Notoprodjo joined Direct Capital in 2024 as an Assistant Accountant. She supports the finance team across fund reporting, compliance, and investor relations.

Kirsty joined Direct Capital in 2006 as Finance Executive, having previously worked at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse in London.

Paddy joined Direct Capital in 2023 after two years in Corporate Finance advisory at PwC, and supports evaluation, transaction execution, research and investee company support.

Rosalie Conroy is a Chartered Accountant who joined Direct Capital in January 2018 as Finance Manager. She has ten years of experience in accounting roles and now serves as Head of Finance & ESG.

Sam joined Direct Capital in 2025 as an Investment Analyst supporting deal evaluation, execution, research and portfolio support, after working on M&A and valuation engagements at Deloitte.

Ben Crosland joined Direct Capital in 2023, having previously worked in investment banking at UBS with a focus on M&A and corporate advisory. At Direct Capital, he evaluates investment opportunities, executes transactions, conducts research, and supports investee companies. He holds a BProp and a BCom (Hons).

Gavin is a non-executive director of Direct Capital after a 28-year career at the firm, and is a board member of portfolio company Qestral Corporation and a past chair of the NZ Private Capital Association.
