DIGIAGE operates as a full-lifecycle ecosystem for game development, guiding creators from the idea stage to the global market. It offers 420+ hours of free online education, physical game development camps, team-building support, mentorship, an incubation program, Demo Days, investor and publisher matchmaking, and Steam publishing. Through its GAMEPUS university community network and partnerships with public bodies and development agencies, it nurtures early-stage game studios. Originally built in Turkey (11 camps since 2019, 19,000+ applications), the model has expanded internationally to Azerbaijan, Jordan, the Balkans and Central Asia. An accelerator program for high-growth game studios is planned.
