Justin Bons studied philosophy at the University of Auckland in New Zealand before encountering cryptocurrency in 2013 and moving into full-time crypto investing and research in 2014. He works as a generalist with a focus on the politics and decentralized governance of cryptocurrencies, and has participated in Bitcoin block-size debates (favoring larger blocks), supporting BTC XT and BTC Classic and joining BTC Unlimited. He applies a fundamental analysis-based investment strategy and shares his views through articles, lectures, and public debates.

Matteo Bonato is a senior quantitative analyst and portfolio manager at Cyber Capital, where he develops and manages Fund Q, a low-volatility quantitative fund. He previously worked in risk model development and validation at Credit Suisse and UBS, and was a senior investment manager at SwissBorg; his research documented the risks of Terra Luna prior to the UST collapse. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Zurich, is a Senior Research Associate at the University of Johannesburg and a visiting fellow at the University of Edinburgh Business School, and has published over 20 peer-reviewed papers.

Pola Oleszkiewicz joined Cyber Capital in 2023 while completing her law degree at the University of Leiden. She works on legal and compliance matters and supports operations. She previously worked in account management and business development at a digital asset manager after becoming interested in cryptocurrencies in 2020.

Viktor Santiago works in crypto research and data operations at Cyber Capital, with a background in finance and economics. He has professional experience at Tesla and Adidas, co-owned a marketing agency during his studies, and has taken part in hackathons, bootcamps, and certifications across Europe. He authored a peer-reviewed thesis on DeFi market dynamics during collapses, published in Studies in Economics and Finance, examining hedging strategies and regulatory implications.

Zev de Zeeuw began transacting on the Bitcoin network in 2014 and has a background in econometrics and quantitative risk management. He first worked at Cyber Capital as a quantitative analyst from 2017 to 2019, using Python for scenario simulations, liquidity risk control, and performance and exposure analysis alongside cryptocurrency research. After two years in data science and scrum master roles at the Belastingdienst (the Dutch tax office), he rejoined Cyber Capital in 2021 as COO overseeing core IT and Middle Office processes.
