Inês Lopo de Carvalho founded Crest Capital Partners in 2017, where she serves on the Board of Directors and the Investment Committees of its funds and has taken part in the launch of several funds and more than 30 transactions. She previously worked in private equity at Explorer Investments from 2008 to 2017, and earlier held roles at the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority and in risk management at Millenniumbcp Fortis. She holds a degree in Mathematics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an MSc in Actuarial Management from Cass Business School in London, and since 2019 has been an invited professor of private equity at Nova School of Business and Economics.

Anastasija Prodanova-Toprak joined Trustmoore's team in Bulgaria in December 2022 as a Junior Fund Accountant and was promoted to Fund Accountant in July 2024, where she handles periodic reporting, investment transaction processing, and bookkeeping of client portfolios. She supports the firm's global fund accounting operations across a portfolio focused largely on private and venture capital fund structures. She earned a master's degree in finance from the EU Business School in Barcelona in 2021 and previously interned as an Accounting Analyst at Cargill.

Venture partner with expertise in software solutions and industrial automation systems. He was an executive board member of Thumos Group, a leading CEE industrial investment holding.

Afonso Quintela joined Crest Capital Partners in 2024 as a member of the investment team for its Buyout funds, having previously interned at the firm in 2022. Before returning to Crest, he worked at Deloitte in Lisbon on M&A advisory, valuations, and financial modelling across multiple sectors. He holds a BSc in Management and an MSc in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics, where he also served as a Teaching Assistant in Corporate Finance courses between 2022 and 2025.

António Lobato Faria has been with Crest Capital Partners since its founding in 2017, serving as ESG & Operating Partner and, since 2022, overseeing sustainability matters. He has worked on production and product improvement projects across portfolio subsidiaries including Queijos Tavares, Rollerdoor and Campotec. Earlier in his career he founded and led the publishing group Oficina do Livro (1999–2009) and worked in marketing at TAP – Air Portugal and Somague Ambiente; he holds a degree in Economics and an MSc in Industrial Management from ISEG and an ESG Leadership Certificate from Cambridge's Judge Business School.

Catarina Duarte joined Crest Capital Partners in 2023 as part of the investment team for the firm's Agribusiness fund. She previously worked at Deloitte in Lisbon (2022–2023) on M&A consulting projects for international clients and at PwC in Lisbon (2020–2022) on financial due diligence engagements. She holds a degree in Economics and an MSc in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.

Clara Câmara has been with Crest Capital Partners since its founding in 2017, serving as Legal Counsel and a Board member overseeing legal and compliance matters, including supporting fund launches and transactions. Previously she was Legal Counsel at Explorer Investments (2014-2017), worked in the private equity team at PLMJ Advogados in 2013, and was part of the M&A and Corporate Governance team at Vieira de Almeida & Associados from 2008 to 2013. She holds a Law degree and a Master in Law and Business from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon) and a post-graduate qualification in Business from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Fábio Tavares joined Crest Capital Partners in 2021 as a member of the investment team for the firm's buy-out funds. From 2015 to 2020 he worked at Deloitte in Lisbon on projects including M&A advisory (buy-side and sell-side), valuations, restructuring plans, and project finance. He holds a degree in Economics from Faculdade de Economia do Porto and an MSc in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and Warsaw School of Economics.

Gonçalo Abreu joined Crest Capital Partners at its founding in 2017 and serves on the Investment Committees of the firm's buy-out funds. He worked on Explorer Investments' private equity team from 2014 to 2017 and at PwC's Lisbon and Oporto offices from 2007 to 2014, focusing on public–private partnership projects, business valuation, and modelling. He holds a degree in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia do Porto and a post-graduation in Financial Analysis from Porto Business School.

Marco Lebre founded Crest Capital Partners in 2017, where he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and sits on the investment committees of its funds. He co-founded Explorer Investments in 2002, focusing on private equity, and earlier worked in mergers and acquisitions at BBVA in Portugal and at the Jerónimo Martins holding company. He teaches private equity as an invited professor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon) and holds an Economics degree from that university plus an MSc in Economics and Finance from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).

Margarida Noronha joined Crest Capital Partners in 2022 as Office Manager. She previously worked as a risk analyst at BCI – Banco de Comércio e Indústria (Grupo Santander) and, from 2018 to 2022, as an office assistant at consultancy companies. She holds a degree in Management from UI – International University and completed the First Certificate in English from Cambridge University.

Pedro Valente joined Crest Capital Partners at its founding in 2017 and serves on the investment committees of its buy-out funds, where he has taken part in more than 10 buy and sell transactions. Before Crest, he spent 2009 to 2017 at Explorer Investments in private equity, and earlier worked at McKinsey, Adamastor Capital, BPI Fundos, and later Alpac Capital. He holds an Economics degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an MBA from INSEAD, and since 2022 is an invited professor of private equity at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon.

Raquel Ferreira joined Crest Capital Partners in 2025 as part of the financial department. Before that, she worked as an accounting technician at an accounting firm from 2023 to 2025. She holds a degree in Business Management from Universidade do Algarve.

Simão Coimbra joined Crest Capital Partners in 2023 as a member of the Agribusiness fund's investment team. His prior experience includes analyzing agricultural business plans at Consulai in Lisbon and working as a data analyst at Galp (Lisbon) and BASF (Berlin) on process automation projects. He holds a degree and an MSc in Agronomic Engineering from Instituto Superior de Agronomia (Lisbon) and Wageningen University, and completed a postgraduate course in Data Science at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management in 2020.

Susana Querido is the finance director at Crest Capital Partners, which she joined in 2023. From 2015 to 2022 she worked in the Audit & Assurance division at Deloitte in Lisbon, covering Consumer Products, Services, Utilities and Resources industries and managing financial audit and reporting projects for Portuguese branches of multinational corporations. She holds a degree in Applied Mathematics to Economics and Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and an Executive MBA from ISCTE Executive Education.

Tomás Araújo joined Crest Capital Partners in 2025 as a member of the investment team for its buy-out funds. From 2022 to 2024 he was a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger in Lisbon, working on strategic plans, commercial due diligence and restructuring, and he previously worked as an Associate at EY-Parthenon. He holds a degree in Economics from Faculdade de Economia do Porto and a Master's in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Vasco D´Orey joined Crest Capital Partners at its founding in 2017, where he leads the management team of the Agribusiness fund and sits on its Investment Committee. He previously worked on Explorer Investments' private equity team from 2013 to 2017 and at McKinsey from 2006 to 2013, focusing on Operations and IT projects across Portugal, Angola, Spain, Mexico and Peru. He holds a degree in IT and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon and an MBA from INSEAD.
