Stephen McLoughlin is a Principal at Convent Capital and a Partner at the Convent Capital Agrifood Fund. He has experience in agricultural operations in Africa, with a focus on sugarcane projects across South Africa, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, and Sierra Leone. His background includes local and expatriate management as well as budgeting, planning, finance, and strategy during project start-up phases.

Nicholas Means Parker is an Investment Manager at Convent Capital, where he focuses on agri-food value chain businesses, including aquaculture, and works on sourcing opportunities, leading transactions, and supporting management teams on value creation initiatives. He previously worked at BCG, conducting due diligence and growth strategy work for private equity clients, and at Rothschild & Co., where he managed cross-border M&A and debt processes across Latin America. His areas of focus include financial modelling, due diligence, and M&A process management.

Chris Daalhuizen serves as Head of Investment Control at Convent Capital. His areas of expertise include financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, and the preparation of annual and tax reports under Dutch GAAP and IFRS. He also has experience in real estate management, acquisitions, and (re)financing.
