Adam Willmott joined Colesco at the start of 2025 as Co-Head of Origination and sits on the Managing Board and Investment Committee, where he handles origination and management of the European portfolio outside the Benelux. He previously served as Global Head of Sponsor Origination at Rabobank, overseeing its private equity franchise across LBO and Infrastructure, and earlier held leveraged finance and sponsor coverage roles at institutions including Crédit Agricole and Crédit Lyonnais. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Exeter.

Jacco Rolvink joined Colesco in 2023 as Co-Head of Origination and serves on its Managing Board and Investment Committee, focusing on origination and management of the Benelux portfolio. He has more than 25 years of experience in mid-market debt, including 17 years in leveraged finance, and previously was Head of Mid-market Leveraged Finance at Rabobank, where he also held roles as Credit Analyst, Investment Manager, and Investment Director. He holds an MSc in International Management from Radboud University.

Brent Op de Beeck joined Colesco Capital Collective in 2022 as an Investment Manager, where he works on transaction sourcing and execution across Europe with an emphasis on the Belgian market. He has more than a decade of finance experience, having structured club deals, syndicated loans, and holdco financings. Before Colesco, he was an Associate Director in Rabobank's Leveraged Finance team and a Financial Controller for the bank's Belgian branch, and he holds an MSc in Business Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Didier Boumans joined Colesco in 2023 as Investment Manager, where he works on transaction sourcing and execution across Europe with an emphasis on the Dutch market. He has more than 15 years of experience in leveraged finance covering mid-market and larger transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and refinancings, and previously served as Director in Rabobank's Leveraged Finance team. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics and an MSc in Business Administration from Maastricht University.

Jacob Dankert joined Colesco in 2026 as an Investment Manager for the C4IF fund, where he works on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. He has fifteen years of experience in the financial sector, beginning as a management trainee at Rabobank in financial restructuring before working as a strategy consultant at the Dutch central bank. He holds an MSc in International Economics & Business from the University of Groningen.

Joost Loeb joined Colesco in 2026 as an Investment Manager for the C4IF fund, where he handles transaction sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. He has seventeen years of experience in the financial sector, including twelve years in corporate lending to SMEs and large corporates, starting his career as a management trainee at ABN AMRO Bank and holding roles as Account Manager, Business Manager, and Financial Restructurer. In 2021 he researched financing solutions for early-stage circular businesses, and he holds a Master's in Dutch Law from Leiden University and an Executive MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society.

Anjeli Bhoendie joined Colesco in 2026 as Junior Investment Manager for the C4IF fund, where she executes transactions with the deal team and works on portfolio management and investment process topics. She previously spent over six years in finance, starting as a Deals Trainee in M&A at PwC Amsterdam before joining its Financial Due Diligence team, and later moved into impact investing at C4IF. She holds an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Benedetta Garofalo joined Colesco in 2026 as an Investment Analyst for the C4IF fund, where she works on investment sourcing and execution and supports fund management and business development. Before Colesco, she worked for two start-ups and was an investment analyst in impact venture capital at ifund. She holds a BSc in Economics and Business Economics and an MSc in International Relations.

Daan van Kassel joined Colesco in 2026 as Head Circular Credit, having previously founded C4IF within Polestar Capital. At Colesco he develops new transaction types and leads the circular economy investment team, alongside HR and general management duties. He has more than fifteen years of experience in debt origination and execution, beginning with a traineeship at Rabobank and roles at asset managers and microfinance institutions. He completed the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst program and holds an MSc in Financial Management from VU University Amsterdam.

Gilles Becker joined Colesco Capital Collective in 2026 as Legal Counsel, where he works with the deal teams on investment decisions and portfolio management and supports fund operations and investor relations. He has over eight years of experience across impact investing, cross-border financings and restructurings, M&A, and corporate governance. Previously he was a finance and restructuring lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and senior legal counsel at Polestar Capital, and holds an LLM in Corporate Law from Leiden University.

Karin Huizinga joined Colesco in 2023 as Responsible Investment Officer and sits on the Investment Committee, leading the development and implementation of the firm's Responsible Investment Framework. She has more than 20 years of experience in investment management and advisory focused on risk and sustainability, previously serving as a partner at the Cardano Group and earlier holding roles including Head of Integration and Migration, Fixed Income Trader, and Quantitative Credit Analyst at IMC asset management. She holds an MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology and an MSc in Risk Management from VU Amsterdam, and is a CFA Institute charterholder.

Katy Husband joined Colesco in 2025 as an Investment Associate in Sustainability, where she develops the firm's Responsible Investment Framework, researches sustainable investing areas, supports deal execution, and works with portfolio companies on sustainability performance. She previously served as an Associate Director at Sustainable Fitch, specializing in forestry, food, and agriculture. She holds a BA in History and Economics from Balliol College, Oxford, and earned the CFA Certificate for Sustainable Investing.

Ludovic van de Velde joined Colesco in 2025 as an Investment Analyst, where he works on deal execution and portfolio management. He previously had six months of experience in corporate finance and private equity. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics and a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Michel Andrea joined Colesco Capital in 2024 as Head of Portfolio & Risk Management and serves on the Investment Committee, where he oversees portfolio management along with credit, compliance, and operational risk for the credit platform. He previously held risk management roles at ING, Barings, Deutsche Bank, and Rabobank, including Global Risk Officer for Rabobank's private equity, structured finance, fund finance, and financial institutions group. He holds a BSc in Business Administration, a BSc in Business Economics, and a degree in Administration Controlling.

Milan Van Hoestenberghe joined Colesco in 2023 as an Investment Analyst, where he works on deal execution and portfolio management and contributed to the design of the firm's CRM systems. He previously gained experience in financial analysis and consultancy, including a three-month secondment at Rabobank's Leveraged Debt Capital Markets department. He holds an MSc in Business Engineering from Ghent University and a CFA Level 2 Certificate.

Noor de Jong joined Colesco in 2023 as an Investment Analyst, where she works on deal execution and portfolio management and supports Investor Relations and Marketing & Communications. Before Colesco, she gained experience in capital markets and trading and completed a secondment at Rabobank's Leveraged Lending department. She holds an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from the University of Groningen.

Ramón Schram joined Colesco in 2026 as a Junior Investment Manager for the C4IF fund, where he works on deal execution (including as a deal captain), portfolio management, and impact measurement. He has more than six years of experience in private debt, starting in mezzanine financing for Dutch SMEs supporting acquisitions, buy-outs, and growth financing before moving into project finance. He holds an MSc in Financial Management from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Richard Dam joined Colesco in 2024 as Head of Fund Operations & Finance, where he works on finance and fund operations. He has more than 20 years of finance experience, including finance, control, and consulting roles across the Rabobank Group (in areas such as Acquisition Finance, Sponsor Coverage, and Treasury) as well as positions at KPMG and Ayvens. He holds an MSc in Financial Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an Executive MSc in Business Valuation from TIAS Business School.

Robin van den Brandhof is a co-founder of Colesco, where he leads investor relations and business development and serves on the Managing Board and Investment Committee. He has more than 15 years of experience in debt financing across senior to subordinated debt for SMEs, mid-market, and large-cap companies in the Netherlands and Europe. Before Colesco he worked at Rabobank in mid-market leveraged finance, structured and corporate finance, and SME relationship management, and he holds an International MSc in Business Administration from TIAS Business School and is a CFA charterholder.

Sylvia Hoebe joined Colesco as Office Manager in 2022 and has over 20 years of experience supporting executive teams at financial institutions. Before Colesco, she worked as a secretary at Rabobank, including its Global Acquisition Finance and Sponsor Origination team and its international M&A business.

Ward Heij joined Colesco in 2026 as a Business Development Manager for the C4IF fund, where he handles transaction origination in circularity and energy transition and contributes to the fund's positioning and thought leadership. He previously spent around ten years across corporate strategy, entrepreneurship and technology, including work as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte and as a co-founder and start-up/scale-up advisor and operator. He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam.
