Dariusz Zawadka studied at Harvard University and the London School of Economics, and served as an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Investment and Capital Market at Poznań University of Economics from 2013 to 2021. He is a securities broker authorized to provide investment advisory services, with expertise in M&A transactions, company valuation, and financial modeling. He has also lectured at the Stock Market School organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW S.A.).

Maciej Stradomski holds a Ph.D. and habilitation in finance and is an Associate Professor at Poznań University of Economics, where he headed the Department of Investment and Capital Markets from 2016 to 2020. He chairs the Programme Board of the Family Business Institute and has completed post-graduate studies in property valuation and in plant and animal management. His work focuses on private-market mergers and acquisitions, financial strategies, corporate governance, and business restructuring, with prior experience in banking and private equity.

Maciej Zając holds a bachelor's degree in national and international logistics and a master's degree in Capital Investments and Corporate Finance Strategies from Poznań University of Economics, where he also pursued doctoral studies in Investment and Capital Markets. His work covers company sale and acquisition processes, financial modelling, company and intangible asset valuations, economic consultancy, and enterprise restructuring and reorganisation, including cooperation with administrators and court supervisors in composition and sanative proceedings.

Paweł Łągwa is a partner at CMT Advisory Sp. z o.o. and a graduate of Poznań University of Economics. He specializes in investor sourcing, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and corporate finance, with extensive experience managing transaction processes on both sell-side and buy-side engagements, conducting valuations of enterprises and intangible assets, and participating in international projects.

Przemysław Grobelny is a Partner at CMT Advisory who advises business owners, investors, and financial institutions on M&A transactions, financing, restructuring, and corporate finance matters. He works on both buy and sell-side processes, conducts business and asset valuations, and provides expert testimony in commercial disputes. His background combines academic training in analytical methods with transaction experience.

Bartosz Bisior holds a master's degree in Financial Investments and a bachelor's degree in Legal and Economic Studies, both from the Poznań University of Economics. His areas of specialization include M&A advisory, corporate finance, and the valuation of companies, their assets, and economic losses.

Błażej Jelonek is a marketing manager at CMT Advisory Sp. z o.o., a Polish M&A advisory firm, where he has served in that capacity for seven years. With over 12 years of B2B marketing experience, he has developed and implemented marketing strategies for companies in the IT, financial services, and MedTech sectors.

Dawid Gorzoń completed bachelor's studies in Legal and Economic Studies and earned a master's degree specializing in Financial Investments, both at the Poznań University of Economics. His experience covers corporate finance, company valuation, M&A advisory, and economic opinions.

Gracjan Czajka is a graduate of Poznań University of Economics, where he majored in Accounting and Financial Management (ACCA), and is preparing for ACCA exams. His work covers credit risk testing, financial analysis, financial modelling, and company valuation.

Jakub Multański holds a master's degree from the Poznań University of Economics, where he specialized in Capital Investments and Corporate Finance Strategies. His work covers financial modeling, trademark and business valuation, liability portfolio valuation and analysis, market analysis, and MPEEM valuations of intangible assets. He has also prepared opinions for litigation purposes across industries including mining, shipbuilding, and care services.

He is preparing for ACCA exams. His work covers M&A advisory, corporate finance, financial restructuring consultancy, and the valuation of companies and their assets.

Joanna Kwiatkowska graduated from Poznań University of Economics with a major in Business Financing and Accounting and completed a course in human resources and payroll management. At CMT Family Office she handles employment and HR matters, oversees office administration and organization, and supports the team on current projects.

Kacper Kostaniak is a graduate of Poznań University of Economics, where he studied Accounting and Financial Management (ACCA) and is preparing for ACCA exams. His work covers financial advisory in restructuring processes, company valuation, and financial modelling.

Karolina Kawka is a graduate of Poznań University of Economics, where she studied Capital Investment and Business Financing Strategies, as well as Business Finance and Accounting. Her work covers valuation of enterprises, trademarks and corporate assets, financial modelling and budgeting, corporate governance and ownership supervision, business restructuring, and M&A transaction advisory. She has also prepared value opinions for commercial disputes and property damage valuations.

Marcin Grausch is an Analyst at CMT Family Office, where he works in M&A advisory and corporate finance. He specializes in sell-side advisory, company valuations, and market analyses. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Esade Business School in Barcelona.

Mateusz Mikutowski holds a PhD in economics and finance from the Poznań University of Economics, where he also completed his master's and bachelor's studies focusing on capital investments, corporate finance, finance, audit and taxes. He works as a consultant with experience as an analyst supporting a venture capital fund, and his work covers M&A advisory, financial modeling, company and asset valuations, big data analyses, and market analysis.

Mateusz Szalek is a Senior Analyst focused on tax obligation identification, transfer pricing documentation (local and master file), and benchmarking and compliance analyses. He holds a bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting and a master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management (ACCA specialization) from the Poznań University of Economics and Business, as well as a long-cycle Master's degree in Law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is currently pursuing the ACCA qualification.

Ulyana Zaremba is an Analyst whose work centers on planning and managing restructuring processes, preparing documentation for restructuring proceedings, and conducting financial analyses. She holds a Doctor of Management and Quality Sciences from the University of Gdansk and graduated in Economics from the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, with postgraduate studies in strategic financial management and in restructuring and bankruptcy law at Lazarski University in Warsaw. Her experience includes preparing restructuring plans, conducting creditor and investor tests, and examining insolvency.
