Kenneth has 15 years of private equity experience and was recently CEO of Orkla Consumer & Financial Investments, having earlier worked at FSN Capital and Macquarie Capital in Sydney. He holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Viktor has 12 years of private equity experience and was previously Head of M&A at Nordlo, with earlier roles at FSN Capital, Munters and Bain & Company. He holds an MSc from the Royal Institute of Technology and a BSc from Stockholm University.

Gustaf joined Celero in 2023 with seven years of private equity experience at FSN Capital and prior experience on the Nordic M&A team at J.P. Morgan in London. He holds degrees from the Stockholm School of Economics and Stockholm University.

Emil joined Celero in 2024 with 1.5 years of prior private equity experience, having previously worked at Rothschild & Co in Stockholm. He holds a BSc from Lund University School of Economics and Management.

Fredrika joined Celero in 2023 after working in investment banking at Nordea's Corporate Finance department. She holds an MSc from the Rotterdam School of Management and a BSc from the University of Amsterdam.

Hanna joined Celero in 2025 with extensive experience in sales and secretary roles, most recently as legal secretary at Juristhuset in Stockholm.

Jarl has more than 30 years of senior management experience driving organizational change at medium and large B2B and B2C companies across Asia, North America, Africa and Central Europe.

Joanna has over 20 years of experience scaling digital businesses and leading transformation in tech and digital consumer (D2C and B2B) industries.

Johanna joined Celero in 2024 with 17 years of financial services and private equity experience, joining from Urban Partners and previously working at Apollo Global Management, Nomura and HSBC. She is a chartered accountant with an MSc from Gothenburg University.

Lovisa joined Celero in 2025 after working in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London and Frankfurt. She holds a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Mikael is an experienced Nordic e-commerce executive, founder and former CEO of Bygghemma (now BHG Group) and CDON Group, and founder and Chairman of WeSports.

Oscar joined Celero in 2024 with 2.5 years of private equity experience from Litorina and 2.5 years of consulting at Arkwright. He holds an MSc Double Degree in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and Bocconi University.

Pavel joined Celero in 2026 with 3 years of private equity experience from Litorina and 3 years in credit investments and advisory at Armada Credit Partners and DNB Markets. He holds a BSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.
