He joined Maximus in 2016 as Corporate Controller and became CFO in 2021. He previously held financial leadership roles at CSRA, Inc. and SRA International, Inc., and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Harry Zirinsky is Head of Business Development & Strategy at Kain Capital. He previously worked as a portfolio manager at Bienville Capital Management and Talpion Fund Management, managing a cross-asset absolute return portfolio across products and geographies with a focus on risk management. He started his career at BNP Paribas trading interest rate swaps and derivatives, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
