Jakub Zajkowski is Head of Marketplace at Acquire.Fi, where he oversees business development, sales, and CRM functions. He has more than ten years of experience across FinTech, crypto, and regulated digital markets, with a background in business development, CRM, product, and operations in early-stage and scaling companies. He also advises on MiCA CASP licensing in the Estonian market.

Jesper Hallager serves as Chief Financial Officer at Casper Association. With over a decade of finance experience, he has focused on financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management in high-growth organizations. His work includes financial modeling, process optimization, and the implementation of scalable financial operations across traditional and technology-enabled finance environments.

Karan Dhareshwar is a Rust Software Developer at CasperLabs and a recent cyber security graduate. His work focuses on building security systems, with an emphasis on usability and digital privacy.

Michael Steuer is President and Chief Technology Officer of the Casper Association, overseeing core protocol development for Casper, a WebAssembly-native Layer 1 blockchain focused on institutional tokenization and autonomous agents. He co-founded CasperLabs in 2018 and returned to lead the organization in late 2024, where he has overseen development of AI infrastructure including x402 payments and compliance systems. With 30 years of technology leadership experience spanning mobile gaming, location services, and blockchain, Steuer also co-founded MAKE, a technology firm providing Casper's core infrastructure and public-health technology used by major pharmaceutical companies.

Pascal Schmid is the owner of PSC Consulting GmbH, providing advisory services at the intersection of governance, finance, and stewardship. He serves as an independent foundation board member and brings experience in foundation management, financial services, and strategic leadership. Schmid holds a Certified Blockchain Expert credential from the University of Zurich, a CAS in Board of Directors, and is fluent in German, English, and French.

Tamara Wasserman holds the position of Head of Ecosystem at Casper Association and serves as COO at MAKE. She has international marketing experience and expertise in crisis management, marketing, content strategy, business planning, and C-level negotiations.
