Tom Farley is CEO of Bullish, where he oversees the company's strategic direction. He previously held CEO, President, and Chairman roles at Far Peak Acquisition Corporation and Far Point Acquisition Corporation, and serves as Chairman of Global Blue Group Holding AG. His earlier career in finance included serving as President of the NYSE Group of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) from 2014 to 2018, SVP of Financial Markets at ICE, and President, CFO, and COO roles at SunGard Kiodex.

Serial technology entrepreneur who built and exited companies including Gamecliff and okay.com, later co-founded Block.one, and serves as Chairman of Bullish.

Chris Tyrer is President of Bullish Exchange, where he focuses on growing the institutional customer base, expanding regulatory reach, and driving platform growth; he previously served as Vice President, Head of Institutional at the firm. Before joining Bullish he spent nearly five years at Fidelity in leadership roles including Head of Institutional, Head of Europe, and President of Fidelity Digital Asset Management, and earlier was a Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank leading commodities trading and digital assets. He earned a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

David Bonanno is Chief Financial Officer of Bullish, where he oversees financial planning and capital strategy; he previously held the role of Chief Strategy Officer there. Earlier he was a Managing Director at Third Point LLC, a New York investment firm, for twelve years, analyzing and executing public and private investments across sectors including financial technology, financial services, telecommunications, energy, and real estate. He has also served as a director of Far Peak Acquisition Corp, Far Point Acquisition Corp, and Sculptor Capital Management.

David LaValle is President of CoinDesk Data & Indices, with over two decades of experience across traditional financial services and digital assets, focusing on index strategies and institutional digital asset offerings. Before Bullish, he was Senior Managing Director and Global Head of ETFs at Grayscale Investments, where he oversaw the uplisting of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to the NYSE, and previously held roles as CEO of VettaFi (formerly Alerian) and senior positions at State Street Global Advisors and Nasdaq. He is a Georgetown University graduate who began his career trading on the floors of the New York and American Stock Exchanges.

George Gaffney leads global operations at Bullish, overseeing the operations and technology infrastructure of the exchange. He joined the firm in 2021 as Head of Exchange Platform Technology and Operations, having previously served as Managing Director, Global Head of Platform Services, and Head of Global Markets Technology for Hong Kong at Macquarie Group, and earlier worked in market data technology at Thomson Reuters Japan. He holds a bachelor's degree in computing from Monash University.

James Mendes leads human resources and corporate operations at Bullish, where he designs talent and culture structures and oversees compliance, training, employment law adherence, and compensation practices. He has held senior people and talent leadership roles at financial, technology, and consulting organizations across Europe, Asia, and Africa, including Managing Director of Human Resources at Citibank and senior positions at Korn Ferry and Alexander Mann Solutions.

Jay Yarow is President of CoinDesk Media & Events, where he leads its digital asset news and events platform. He previously spent nine years at CNBC as Senior Vice President and Executive Editor of Digital, overseeing its digital business and launching products such as CNBC Pro, the CNBC Investing Club, and CNBC Select, and earlier worked as Executive Editor at Business Insider. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Delaware and a master's degree in Journalism from New York University.

Mark Woods serves as Head of Product at Bullish, leading the company's product management function since joining its financial services division in 2019. He previously worked at PPD Inc as Director of Finance Innovation, overseeing business systems for the organization, and ran his own blockchain consulting firm, 12Logics Consulting LLC, focused on tokens, smart contracts, bitcoin mining, and blockchain education. He holds undergraduate degrees in economics and computer science from Virginia Tech and a postgraduate degree in information technology.

Michael Lau is Senior Vice President and Group Head of Business Development at Bullish (NYSE:BLSH), overseeing global business development across the Bullish group, including the Bullish Exchange, CoinDesk, and CoinDesk Data, and serves as Chairman of the Consensus digital asset conference. He joined the financial services division in early 2020 to lead institutional sales and marketing for the crypto exchange product now known as Bullish, and previously held roles as Global Chief Marketing Officer and COO of Equity Advisory at CLSA, as well as positions in the equities business at J.P. Morgan. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy & Innovation from Oxford's Saïd Business School, and completed the CMO Program at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

Mothusi Majinda leads engineering at Bullish, overseeing trading, custody, and blockchain development after joining the financial services division in 2019 to build out the exchange product's engineering team. He previously spent about a decade in traditional finance building equities and derivatives trading systems at firms including JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse, and moved into crypto in 2018 as principal engineer building custody solutions at OSL. He is originally from Botswana and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Nicholas Armstrong is General Counsel at Bullish, where he leads the legal team supporting the company's product and geographic expansion. He previously served as Deputy General Counsel at Block.one and held senior legal and commercial roles at technology companies in the U.S. and Russia, and earlier was a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance. He holds an Executive M.B.A. from INSEAD and bachelor's degrees in Law and Computer Science from the University of Queensland.

Sara Stratoberdha is CEO of CoinDesk, part of the Bullish group, a role she took up in February 2024, overseeing editorial, events, and indices marketing. She previously served as Head of Development at Bullish, where she covered marketing, communications, investor relations, and business development, and earlier held roles at Far Peak Acquisition Corp, Blackstone, Asante Capital Group LLP, and Credit Suisse. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service.
