Alexandra Loe has more than 10 years of experience in lending operations, working as a Closing and Funding Specialist and Closing Supervisor. She joined Breakout Finance in February 2026, where she focuses on the closing and funding process.

Andrew Hart oversees accounting activities at Breakout, including financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy development. He joined the firm in 2021 and has 15 years of experience in financial services. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and is a CPA licensed in Virginia.

Andrew Moss has worked at Breakout Finance for three years, where he focuses on growing the partnership channel and developing strategic relationships to support business growth.

Angelica Roy serves as Vice President of Operations at Breakout Finance, focusing on streamlining operations, scaling processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. Anneliese Holland is Vice President, Closing at Breakout, which she joined in summer 2024 after working in hard money lending. She holds a BA from Emory University and an MBA from the College of Charleston.

Ariana Sierralta is a Closing Specialist at Breakout, which she joined in March 2026. She has over five years of experience in lending. Originally from Cincinnati, she has been based in Charleston, SC for the past decade.

Asha Grayson is Vice President of Operations at Breakout Finance, a role she has held for two years, focusing on process improvement and supporting scalable business initiatives. She has over a decade of experience in operations and enablement.

Brett Kudlak joined Breakout in February 2023. Prior to that, he underwrote SBA 7(a) loans. At Breakout, he works on improving and streamlining the underwriting process.

Greg Hitt is the Chief Revenue Officer of Breakout Finance, where he leads the team that connects small business owners with financing solutions. His background covers fintech, private credit, and alternative finance. He is a graduate of Tulane University.

Ian Bradley is Chief Operating Officer at Breakout Capital, where he works on team performance, process optimization, and strategic partnerships. He previously served as a Regional Sales Director at realtor.com, working with real estate brokerages in the Northeastern US on digital strategy and technology tools. He is a Northern Virginia native.

Kendall Gallagher is a product management leader with over 10 years of experience building and scaling digital products across financial services, mortgage lending, government, and technology organizations. Gallagher joined Breakout Finance in 2026, focusing on modernizing the systems, workflows, and experiences that support customers and internal teams.

Khalida Ahmad is the Collections Manager at Breakout Finance, a role she has held for five years, focusing on reducing risk while maintaining borrower relationships. She studied at the State University of New York Empire State College, moving into collections after initially pursuing Political Science. She has experience in fraud detection, including preventing a seven-figure loss for a credit union, and has led risk-reduction seminars.

Lacey Weaver is an underwriter at Breakout Finance with more than five years of experience in commercial finance and factoring. She joined Breakout in a Closing role in 2023 before moving into underwriting.

Leah Galt is a Partnership Sales Specialist at Breakout Finance. She graduated from Clemson University in 2026 and works on client relationships and strategic partnerships.

Logan Sacco studied Business Administration at Nebraska Wesleyan University, graduating in 2022, and played collegiate baseball. Marcus Long is a Financial Analyst at Breakout, where he has worked since August 2021. He was previously a Securities Analyst at Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services.

Matthew Stassie, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial policies, controls, and reporting systems. He has 10 years of experience in external audit and consulting, including work as a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Consumer Finance Group advising clients on accounting system development. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and is a CPA licensed in Virginia.

Nathaly Rubio is the Executive & HR Administrator at Breakout Finance, having joined as an intern in November 2016. She supports executives and works with the IT, Legal, and Collections teams on day-to-day operations. She holds an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.

Nick Renaccio is Vice President of Partnerships at Breakout Capital, where he develops relationships with factoring companies, asset-based lenders, banks, and other financial institutions in the alternative lending space. He is originally from Massachusetts and graduated from Endicott College in 2014. He moved to Charleston, South Carolina, in 2019.

Tony Likens is a financial analyst with more than five years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. His background covers several industries, including transportation logistics, entertainment ticketing SaaS, and alternative financing. He has been with Breakout for nearly two years, where he supports strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Weston Souther works as an Accounting Operations Specialist at Breakout, where he has been for two years, as part of four years of professional experience that began with 12five in February 2022. He previously worked at Carvana in Executive Resolution and Reputation Management.

Zain Muzammal is Vice President of ISO Relations at Breakout Capital, where he works with brokers nationwide to connect small business owners with alternative financing options. He has over nine years of experience in alternative finance.
