Juan Pablo Sánchez Gnecchi is the founder and CEO of Bluebox, a Corporate Venturing and Corporate Venture Capital firm in Latin America that has worked with more than 30 large companies and development banks in Mexico to incubate, accelerate, and co-invest in over 800 companies. He holds an MBA and an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), and is certified in consulting processes by ITESM and the Instituto Nacional de Competencias. In 2016, he was named one of Forbes' 30 Business Promises and was a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, and he supports entrepreneurial projects through Fundación BlueBox.

Alejandro Cortés is CFO and co-founder of Bluebox, where he designs and manages corporate venture capital structures, open innovation programs, and corporate investment platforms for major regional companies. He works across sectors including food and beverage, mobility, technology, and consumer goods to develop collaboration models connecting corporates, startups, and investors. His focus areas include corporate venture capital, company building, innovation ecosystems, and alternative investment funds in Latin America.

Gustavo Huerta is a private equity investor and lecturer in innovation with experience as an executive partner at Grupo Loro's, where he has supported sustainable development initiatives, and as an investor in technology-driven real estate ventures through View Capital. He serves as an advisory board member at La Violeta, a food and beverage services company focused on grocery products. His educational background includes attendance at Harvard Business School, Stanford University, IPADE Business School, and SingularityU Nordic.
