Michael Peirce works at Austin Capital and has about a decade of experience in financial services and fintech. He was previously an early-stage B2B fintech investor at Fin Capital, where he sourced investments, held board roles, and supported portfolio companies, and earlier worked as an investment banker at Financial Technology Partners advising on M&A and capital-raising deals. He has also held roles at Buckingham Research Group and Point72 Asset Management, and holds a BS in Finance with an Economics minor from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.

Samuel Crume has about a decade of experience across finance. He previously worked at Caprock, an $11bn multifamily office, serving as an outsourced CIO/CFO, portfolio manager, and business development lead, and earlier held roles at Goldman Sachs in the Equity Derivatives and Synthetic Products Group and at M2O Private Fund Advisors in investment banking. He holds a BS in Finance with a minor in History from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.

Noah Berkson began his entrepreneurial career by bootstrapping a company in college and went on to co-found companies in payments-tech, health-tech, prop-tech, and ag-tech. He founded Candor Ventures, an early-stage investment fund and venture studio, and DevBase, a staff augmentation firm, both of which were later acquired. He hosts Venture Candor, a venture capital podcast, and guest lectures on technology entrepreneurship and investing.

Philip Chang holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, and is a CFA charterholder through the CFA Institute. Prior to joining Austin Capital Partners, he worked in strategic finance, M&A, business consulting, and private equity across a range of industries.
