Former Senior Partner at Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR, with earlier roles at San Paolo and Hambros Bank in London, Aletti Private Equity, and co-founder of Mast Capital Partners and Winch Italia SICAF. Has led around twenty minority and majority investments in Italian SMEs.

Electronic engineer from Politecnico di Milano with an MBA from Bocconi. Worked at Pirelli and Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, entered private equity at SO.PA.F., then was a Director at Bridgepoint and a promoter of the listed turnaround investment firm Management & Capitali. Founding partner and CEO of Arcadia SGR.

Bocconi graduate (cum laude) in accounting, corporate finance and control. Previously worked at corporate finance boutique NPV SpA on M&A, restructuring and turnaround deals, and contributed to developing NPV Capital Partners, a PE fund focused on Italian SMEs.

Management engineering graduate from LIUC with a master's in merchant banking. After consulting at Accenture and PwC Transaction Services, spent a decade in private equity on leveraged buyouts and growth capital at Assietta Private Equity and the Edmond de Rothschild group, investing in Italian consumer and industrial SMEs.

An advisor to New Wave Ventures with 24 years of experience in the mortgage and consumer credit markets. He was a director of Ocean Finance from 2007 and its CEO from 2009.

Joined New Wave Ventures in 2013 and serves as a director of several portfolio companies. Holds a PhD from the Roslin Institute, co-founded Enigma Diagnostics in 2004, and previously worked at Unilever Research and the Defence Science Technology Laboratory on spin-out formation.

Finance graduate from Bocconi. Began his career at Yarpa Investimenti SGR working on private equity fund investments and co-investments, then joined Oltre Impact SGR in 2022 supporting the investment team in sourcing Italian SME targets.

Finance graduate from Bocconi. Started his career in J.P. Morgan's Leveraged Finance team in London, then worked at Chequers Capital in Paris and TowerBrook Capital Partners in London on European mid-cap private equity investments.

Over 30 years in asset management heading administration and control for SGRs and SIMs, with responsibilities across risk management, anti-money laundering, real estate portfolio valuation and securities back office. Has worked at firms including Ras Asset Management SGR and Sator Immobiliare SGR.

Studied psychology at the University of Turin. Held office manager and executive assistant roles at Sympak S.p.A., Wizard Partners and Invima, where she also managed administrative activities.

Foreign languages and literature graduate from IULM Milan with an exchange at the University of Bristol. Worked at JP Morgan Chase & Co. and later at Bridgepoint as Office Manager and head of back office.
