David Kabiller is a co-founder of AQR Capital Management, where he leads client relationships, business development, and strategic initiatives, and helped drive the firm's international expansion into Europe and Asia and its move into mutual funds. He previously was a vice president at Goldman, Sachs & Co., managing relationships with chief investment officers of large pension and endowment funds. He holds a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University and is a CFA charterholder, and has co-authored research including "Buffett's Alpha."

John M. Liew is a founder at AQR Capital Management, where he oversees research and portfolio management and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. He previously worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a portfolio manager developing quantitative trading strategies, and began his career at Trout Trading building quantitative market-neutral stock-selection strategies. He holds a B.A. in economics as well as an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in finance, all from the University of Chicago, and has published in The Journal of Portfolio Management and Financial Analysts Journal.

Alberto Botter is a Principal at AQR Capital Management, where he oversees the daily management of equity long-short and tax-aware products, focusing on portfolio management, construction, and risk management within the Portfolio Implementation group. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Mathematics at Columbia University teaching quantitative methods in investment management, and previously taught at New York University. Before AQR, he worked as a Quant Associate in the Wealth Strategies Group at Morgan Stanley, and he holds degrees in economics from the University of Bologna and a master's in mathematics of finance from Columbia University.

Antti Ilmanen is a Principal at AQR Capital Management, where he co-heads the Portfolio Solutions Group and advises institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds while developing the firm's investment ideas. Before AQR, he worked for seven years as a senior portfolio manager at Brevan Howard and for about a decade at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup, having begun his career as a central bank portfolio manager in Finland. He holds M.Sc. degrees in economics and law from the University of Helsinki and a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Chicago, and has authored two books on investing.

Arthur Fischer-Zernin is a Principal at AQR Capital Management and a senior member of the Specialized Investments Group, which handles situations where laws and regulations affect trading decisions and portfolio design, as well as tax-aware funds and accounts. He previously worked in Research and Portfolio Management on Alternative Risk Premia and Multi-Strategy products and within the Portfolio Solutions Group, and before joining AQR in 2010 he was an analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He holds a B.S.E. in mechanical engineering from Duke University and is a CFA charterholder.

Bryan Kelly is a Principal at AQR Capital Management, serving as Head of Machine Learning, a portfolio manager, and a senior member of the Integrated Research group, where he leads the development and implementation of machine learning methods in the firm's portfolios. He is also a professor of finance at the Yale School of Management, a Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and was previously a tenured finance professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds an A.B. in economics from the University of Chicago, an M.A. in economics from UC San Diego, and a Ph.D. in finance from New York University.

Chris Doheny is a Principal at AQR Capital Management, where he leads the Global Stock Selection product specialist team and presents the firm's stock selection and multi-strategy offerings to investors. He previously worked within AQR's Global Asset Allocation group and sits on the firm's Equities Investment Committee. Before AQR, he held roles at the Ford Foundation, Bridgewater Associates, Morgan Stanley, and Wellington Management Co. He holds a B.S. in economics and operations management from Boston College and an M.B.A. from MIT's Sloan School of Management, and is a CFA charterholder.

Jen Frost is a Principal and Chief Human Resources Officer at AQR Capital Management, where she leads the firm's human capital functions including recruiting, talent development, compensation, and people analytics. She previously worked as a Managing Director and Executive Coach at CRA Consulting, advising senior leaders in financial services, and spent 14 years in human resources at Credit Suisse, including as Global Head of Human Resources for the Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions. She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in organizational psychology from Columbia University.

Joey Lee is a Principal and senior member of the Business Development team at AQR Capital Management, working with institutional investors across the Western and Southwestern U.S. to develop relationships and communicate the firm's investment strategies. Before AQR, she worked in the White House as an aide in the Executive Office of the President, supporting senior officials with communications and strategic planning. She holds a B.A. in political science from Yale University and an M.B.A. in analytic finance and economics from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

John B. Howard is a Principal, Co-Chief Operating Officer, and Head of US Wealth at AQR Capital Management, where he oversees global infrastructure functions and the firm's US Wealth business and serves on the Executive Committee. He previously served as CFO of AllianceBernstein and CFO of Knight Capital Group, holding several senior financial roles including group controller and CFO of Knight Equity Markets International in London. He began his career at Price Waterhouse and holds a B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University; he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jordan Brooks is a Principal at AQR Capital Management and Head of the Macro Strategies Group, where he leads research and portfolio management teams for the firm's macro, multi-strategy, managed futures, and risk parity products. He is also a Lecturer in Management at Yale University and an Adjunct Professor of Finance at New York University, and has published articles on fixed income, global macro, and asset pricing. Before AQR, he worked as a teaching fellow at NYU and interned at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from NYU.

Lasse H. Pedersen is a Principal at AQR Capital Management, where he researches global investment strategies. He is a finance professor at Copenhagen Business School and New York University's Stern School of Business, and has held roles including research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and the Centre for Economic Policy Research, along with editorial board positions at journals such as The Journal of Finance. He wrote Efficiently Inefficient and earned a B.S. and M.S. in mathematics-economics from the University of Copenhagen and a Ph.D. in finance from Stanford University.

Laura Serban is a Principal and portfolio manager at AQR Capital Management, serving as Co-Head of Global Stock Selection, where she leads alpha research, portfolio implementation research, and portfolio management across the firm's equity strategies. Her research on quantitative long-only portfolio construction and supply chain climate exposure measurement has appeared in the Journal of Investing and the Financial Analysts Journal. Before AQR, she worked as a financial economist at the SEC, a researcher at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and held teaching fellow roles in the finance and computer science departments at Harvard University.

Michael A. Mendelson is a Principal and portfolio manager at AQR Capital Management, where he has managed equity and macro strategies and contributed to the firm's investment infrastructure, early risk management, portfolio financing, and client service efforts. Before AQR, he founded the quantitative trading group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He holds three undergraduate degrees and a master's in chemical engineering from MIT, along with an M.B.A. from UCLA.

Michele L. Aghassi is a Principal at AQR Capital Management, where she serves as a portfolio manager for the firm's equity strategies and as Head of Sustainable Investing. Over more than two decades at AQR she has worked in research and strategy development, previously serving as Co-Head of Global Stock Selection Research, and she developed the firm's optimization methodology and emerging equity strategies. Earlier in her career she was a quantitative analyst at D.E. Shaw & Co.; she holds a Ph.D. in operations research from MIT and a B.Sc. in applied mathematics from Brown University.

Nathan Sosner is a Principal at AQR Capital Management and heads the Specialized Investments Group, which addresses situations where laws and regulations affect trading, portfolio design and investment vehicle choice, overseeing tax-aware funds and accounts. His research on tax-aware investing has appeared in the Financial Analysts Journal and the Journal of Wealth Management, and he received the 2020 Graham and Dodd Award. He previously worked at Barclays Investment Bank, in AQR's Global Stock Selection group, and in MSCI Barra's Equity Research group, and holds a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University with a B.A. and M.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Pat Ryan is a Principal and Chief Financial Officer at AQR Capital Management, where he oversees the firm's global finance functions. He joined AQR in 2012 as Controller and previously served as Head of Finance. Before AQR, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Accounting at AllianceBernstein and started his career at KPMG. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Fordham University School of Business.

Roberto Giuffrida is a Principal and Head of International Business Development at AQR Capital Management, where he oversees relationships with institutional investors, financial intermediaries, wealth and asset managers, and family offices across EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. Before AQR, he spent 15 years at Permal Group as Executive Vice President and Head of International Business Development, and earlier led sales in southern Europe and the Middle East for Scudder Threadneedle Investments after starting his career at Intercapital Brokers. He holds a B.A. with honors in business and economics from the University of Rome (Sapienza).

Stephen J. Mellas is a Principal at AQR Capital Management, where he oversees the firm's operations, client administration, and shared services functions. He previously served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, leading the Investment Management Division's asset management operations globally, and earlier managed fixed income trading operations at Morgan Stanley. He teaches management and communications courses at New York University and Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, and holds a B.A. in economics from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Pace University.

Tobias Moskowitz is a Principal and portfolio manager at AQR Capital Management, where he is a senior member of the Integrated Research group and contributes to research on asset pricing and investment issues across domestic and international strategies. He holds the Dean Takahashi Chaired Professorship in Finance and Economics at Yale University, is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and was previously the Fama Family Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1998 to 2016. He earned a B.S. and M.S. from Purdue University and a Ph.D. in finance from UCLA, and has received awards including the Fischer Black Prize and the Kauffman Prize Medal.
