Cathcart is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Danny Cohen is President of Access Entertainment, a division of Access Industries, where he focuses on entertainment and financing growing businesses across feature films, television, live theatre, the creator economy, visual arts and gaming. He has served as executive producer on films including The Zone of Interest, Conclave and The Iron Claw, and co-produced the Broadway production of The Picture of Dorian Gray. Before Access, he was Director of BBC Television, overseeing the BBC's network channels and drama, entertainment, comedy, arts, history, science, educational and documentary content.

Don Wagner joined Access Industries in 2010, where he serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of Strategic Equity Investments. He previously spent 2000 to 2009 as a Senior Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings, leading an industry group focused on basic industries, and earlier had a 15-year career at Lazard Freres & Co and its affiliates in New York and London. He holds an AB in physics from Harvard College.

Kent Hillyer is Vice President of Consumer Operations at 23andMe, where he oversees customer care, supply chain, strategic sourcing, and lab operations across a global organization of more than 300 people. During his 12-plus years at the company, he has led the deployment of generative AI and LLM platforms that handle over half of customer interactions and directed the post-acquisition integration of Lemonaid Telehealth. Earlier in his career at Ingenuity Systems, he built customer success frameworks and a fee-based training business and led the company's integration following its acquisition by QIAGEN.
