Hartnell also serves as an on-call firefighter with Jersey Fire & Rescue Service on a part-time basis.

He qualified as an ACA with Deloitte in Jersey in 1997 and holds the ICSA qualification, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. His earlier career includes roles as Finance Director and later Managing Director at Brown Shipley Private Bank, management accounting positions at RBC and SG Hambros, and roles at First Names Group (now IQ EQ) and Sanne Group.

Jenny Cruickshank is Head of Finance at Altum Group, a role she took up in early 2023. She qualified as an ACA with Deloitte in Jersey in 1997 and later held finance positions including Finance Director and then Managing Director at Brown Shipley Private Bank, Banking Management Accountant at RBC, roles at SG Hambros, client accountant assistant manager at First Names Group (now IQ EQ), and financial controller at Sanne Group. With more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry, he joined Altum from RBC Wealth Management in April 2015.

Pierre Goes is a Conducting Officer and Board Member at Altum Management Company (Luxembourg) S.A., joining following the acquisition of Link Fund Solutions in March 2024. With over 25 years in asset management, he oversees investment management, fund distribution and operational risk across the firm's managed funds. Previously he held senior roles at Mizuho AIFM and UBS, and spent ten years at KPMG in its asset management division.
