Investment thesis
APVC operates as a structured credit origination and capital placement platform serving the underserved lower middle market of U.S. cannabis operators. It runs three capital strategies: Fund I provides senior asset-backed and revenue-based direct lending to established operators; Tecumseh Fund I refinances high-cost or legacy debt and offers opportunistic credit; and Fund II deploys structured and growth equity, including preferred equity and convertibles, for operational scale-up. Through an ISO platform and a nationwide network of institutional lenders and capital partners, APVC sources, structures, and places financings from roughly $750K up to $100M+, targeting the gap where banks and private credit will not engage.
