Previously Head of Cryptography at Algorand Technologies and a professor at the University of Michigan. A leader in lattice-based and post-quantum cryptography who led Algorand's post-quantum security work.

A two-time startup founder with a background in physics and aerospace engineering, having worked on atmospheric radars, wind farms, and a microgravity experiment aboard the ISS.

Has over a decade of experience across blockchain, cybersecurity, and web2 software engineering. Co-founded TxnLab and helped build NFDomains, an identity solution on Algorand.

Began his career at PwC in the UK and Cayman Islands and spent over a decade in asset management, most recently as Group CFO at Algebris Investments.

Previously Chief Regulatory and Strategy Officer at Figment and Senior Legal Director for Web3 and New Ventures at DraftKings. Spent over a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and teaches trial advocacy at Northwestern University School of Law.

Leads protocol engineering at the Foundation. A former Brown University professor of systems and networking and founder of Foodler (acquired by Grubhub); built the Algorand Virtual Machine from TEAL.

Developer Relations Engineer focused on improving the developer experience through resources, workshops, and tools like AlgoKit, with a background in web development and Web3 developer onboarding.

Joined in June 2024 after 12 years as an engineer and project manager on large-scale construction projects. Entered blockchain through Algorand NFTs and helped build open-source no-code adoption tools.

Joined in July 2025 to lead communications and PR. Previously worked at a Web3 infrastructure company and a nonprofit blockchain consortium developing blockchain standards for mobility and transportation.

Joined as CMO in March 2024 with 20+ years in executive marketing. Previously CEO of Rulai, CMO at Medallia, and VP of marketing at Google, where he led the Android brand launch.

Directs the Impact and Inclusion vertical, developing strategies for financial inclusion and social impact via blockchain. Previously led the Global Learning XPRIZE and worked at One Laptop per Child and the UN World Food Programme.

Chief Economist and Professor of Finance and Chair of the Accounting and Finance Department at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, with academic work focused on cryptocurrency factor pricing and capital markets.

Jr Integration Specialist focused on integrations, developer tooling, and developer relations. Has 5+ years in Web3, a Software Development degree, and has onboarded founders and developers via community and education initiatives.

Joined as Head of Platform Infrastructure in 2022. Previously worked at IBM before moving into Web3 with Consensys.

Prior to becoming CEO, she led the Center for Financial Markets at the Milken Institute and ran JPMorgan's EMEA public sector practice in London. She sits on the boards of the Algorand Foundation and the Global Blockchain Business Council.

Joined Algorand Foundation as Head of Engineering (Pera) in June 2025. Holds a CS and AI degree from the University of Edinburgh with 25+ years of experience in tech and engineering leadership across education, consumer electronics, fintech, and medtech.
