Chief Economist and Professor of Finance and Chair of the Accounting and Finance Department at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, with academic work focused on cryptocurrency factor pricing and capital markets.

Bill Barhydt is founder and CEO of Abra, a cryptocurrency banking platform launched in 2018 that offers trading, lending, borrowing, and payment services. His earlier work includes creating a Bitcoin-based synthetic dollar in 2015 and delivering a TED talk on Bitcoin in 2012. Barhydt previously held positions at NASA, Goldman Sachs, and Netscape, and received the World Economic Forum's Technology Pioneer Award in 2000.

Vasundhra Thakur serves as Chief Legal and Operating Officer at the Algorand Foundation. A former federal prosecutor with trial experience, she has worked on legal and regulatory matters in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFT sectors, including issues related to protocol staking on proof-of-stake networks. Her background includes both law enforcement and in-house legal roles.
