Alchemy invests in debt and equity special situations across Europe, focusing on complex and difficult deals. The team acquires distressed debt, leads restructurings and refinancings, and provides equity for buy-outs. Since 1997 the firm has completed over 230 transactions, deploying more than £5.8 billion across 16 European countries and a broad range of sectors throughout capital structures. Funding comes from a large number of blue chip investors, and the firm currently advises roughly £2.8 billion of assets.
