Investment thesis
AIMCo is an institutional asset manager investing across a diversified set of asset classes for its clients. In private equity, it pursues two primary strategies: private equity fund investments and directs & co-investments, partnering with leading global private equity firms and building long-term relationships. Its private equity activity spans a broad range of sectors including consumer, industrials, business services, financial services, technology and healthcare. Beyond private equity, AIMCo manages fixed income, public equities across more than 45 countries, real estate holdings in Canada and internationally, and infrastructure and renewable resource investments in real assets generating stable, inflation-linked cash flows.
